      Romanesque churches and castles, excellent food and historic villages. From the borders with the paddy fields of the great plain, its hills stretch up to the hills of Langhe and Roero. A continuous and enchanting ups and downs, a succession of vineyards and wooded areas, meadows and cultivated land, perched villages and towering castles, historic residences and parish churches. Casale Monferrato was a historically flourishing settlement that under the Monferrato dynasty recognized a period of true splendor. There are numerous historical and architectural elements that you can visit, such as the beautiful Romanesque Cathedral with a narthex of great artistic value and a rich Treasure of the Cathedral, the historians Palazzo Treville and Palazzo Anna dโ€™Alenรงon, the Civic Tower and so on.

It is a very small city and you can combine an historic and art visit with a food and wine one. Asti is famous for its Spumante and Barbara but also for its historic and artistic beauties. You canโ€™t miss a visit to the historic center with its squares and palaces! After the visit, you can move to San Martino Alfieri and if you want, have a wine tasting to Marchesi Alfieri Castle. You will surely be fascinated by the beauty of the decorations and the garden! At the end of your exploration, we suggest to move to Damiano dโ€™Asti, a little city where you can have a very pleasant walk through the historical center.

Alba is considered the capital of the Langhe, it has big-city confidence and energy while retaining all the grace and warmth of a small rural town. Albaโ€™s considerable gastronomic reputation comes courtesy of its white truffles, dark chocolate and wine. It offers a countless range of attractions: ancient palaces, religious places and its famous towers. You can also visit the small village of Canelli it has a long story that finds its origins in Roman time. The village is divided into two parts: below the village, recently enlarged towards Belbo, and above the Villanuova which, perched on the hill and dominated by the castle. Numerous are Baroque churches built between the 17th and 18th centuries, you cannot visit them!

      wine tradition, but also for nature and art, like the medieval villages, which in the Langhe take on a very special charm. Guarena stands up on a hill and has an historic city center rich in art and architecture. Strolling through its winding streets is a unique experience: dominated by the Castle, they boast splendid monuments such as the Re Rebaudengo Palace, home of the Museum of Contemporary Art of the Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation. Continue to Bra. It is one of the most important centers in Piedmont in terms of food and wine culture, it is also known as "The City of Cheese" and holds truly wonderful testimonies of the Piedmontese Baroque. At the end of your day, visit Cherasco. It has a checkerboard pattern, typical of Roman cities. The stone streets cross at right angles, drawing space for medieval buildings. If you love castle, you cannot miss a visit to Barolo one: Castello Falletti is a unique place and you just have to climb to the top to enjoy the view of the rolling hills of the Langhe. Continue to Grinzane Cavour, a little village whose name pays homage to the Risorgimento statesman, Camillo Benso Conte di Cavour, who was mayor of Grinzane for seventeen years, from 1832 to 1849. You cannot complete an exploration of the Barolo area without a visit to the magnificent villages of La Morra, Vergne and Monforte. These are all small villages famous for the Barolo wine production, so stop in a local winery and taste it!

Starting from Piazza Vittorio Veneto, you will walk through its most famous sights, such as Palazzo Madama, the official residence of the queens of the Savoy family, and Palazzo Reale, the home of the kings of Sardinia and the first king of Italy. Other major landmarks include the Duomo displaying Jesusโ€™ Shroud and the massive Mole Antonelliana that houses a fantastic cinema museum. Elegant arcades lined with fine cafes and antique shops will then lead to the Quadrilatero neighborhood featuring the remains of the ancient Roman settlement.
