THINGS TO DO BEFORE CYCLING: Bike check Saddle height Adjust your saddle height for your convenience. We recommend to make the following steps: Sit on the bike and bring your legs down to the pedal โ€“ your legs should be stretched out. During cycling your legs should be bent just as much as itโ€™s needed to reach the pedals. Saddle tilt The inclination of the seat contributes to good health while riding. Whether upward seat, horizontal seat or sloping seat โ€“ itโ€™s a question of your personal preference. Handlebar height After the previous steps have been done, adjust the handlebar to your needs. Warning: the maximum height is limited by a security mark. You will find the mark beneath the note โ€œMaxโ€. The handlebar should not exceed the mark. Conduct a quick check before every ride: - If necessary inflate tires and ensure proper pressure; - Take a quick ride to check if gears and brakes are working properly; - Inspect the bike for loose or broken parts; - Pay extra attention to the bike during the first few km of the ride - contact Fiore Tours if anything is not right with the bike.
