THINGS TO DO BEFORE CYCLING: Bike check Saddle height Adjust your saddle height for your convenience. We recommend to make the following steps: Sit on the bike and bring your legs down to the pedal โ your legs should be stretched out. During cycling your legs should be bent just as much as itโs needed to reach the pedals. Saddle tilt The inclination of the seat contributes to good health while riding. Whether upward seat, horizontal seat or sloping seat โ itโs a question of your personal preference. Handlebar height After the previous steps have been done, adjust the handlebar to your needs. Warning: the maximum height is limited by a security mark. You will find the mark beneath the note โMaxโ. The handlebar should not exceed the mark. Conduct a quick check before every ride: - If necessary inflate tires and ensure proper pressure; - Take a quick ride to check if gears and brakes are working properly; - Inspect the bike for loose or broken parts; - Pay extra attention to the bike during the first few km of the ride - contact Fiore Tours if anything is not right with the bike.
