Day 1: Arrival In Kathmandu (1400 M) (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast)
Pass By: Kathmandu 44600, Nepal
After your arrival in Tribhuwan International Airport, you will find us outside the airport with the banner of Mountain Ascend Treks. If you arrive in the evening or at the middle of the night, we take you straightly to the hotel by vehicles, such as car, van, depending on the number of passengers. If you arrive in the day, we will take you to our office, where we will talk about your trip in detail, telling you about do's and don'ts. If you have a free time in the day, then you can use it to visit the places that are around your hotel, most probably, you will be staying in Thamel, which is a lively town for the tourists. You can also ask any questions related to your trip. If you have made a half-payment to us then you are requested to pay the remaining balance now. As you come to our office, please bring your passport, which has a validity of 6 months, including three copies of passport-sized photos, and a readable copy of your travel insurance paper. This is followed by the signing of the paper of your trip, as well as non-liability disclaimer paper.

Day 2: Combined Sightseeing Of Kathmandu And Bhaktapur (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast)

After breakfast, you will do the combined sightseeing of Kathmandu and Bhaktapur with a city guide. The former is the city of temple, while the latter is the oldest city of Nepal. These cities have lots of historical monuments, so you will visit these monuments selectively. We have to make a selection because the sightseeing of these cities is of half-day.This much time will be enough to visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, Boudhanath, and Changu Narayan Temple in Kathmandu and Bhaktapur. Not only these, Mountain Ascend Treks will also provide you an
option of visiting Pashupatinath Temple, Monkey Temple, and others. In addition to these, Mountain Ascend Treks gives the top-most prioritazation to your favorite places. Your visit is important to us, and we always cooperate with you.

Day 3: Fly To Lukla And Trek To Phakding (2652m, 3 Hours) (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner)

From Kathmandu, you fly to Lukla in a small aircraft, called twin otter. Lukla is the gateway to Mt. Everest. There are 18 to 20 flights per day, and the name of the Lukla Airport is Tenzing-Hillary Airport. Only pilots, who have 7 years experience in aviation, are permitted to fly to Lukla. From there, you head off to Phakding through lush forest, hills, and valleys. On the way, there is a beautiful view of Kusum Kangru which is a mountain.
In Case of Flight Delay to Lukla and Kathmandu
Tenzing-Hillary Airport is located at an altitude of 2860 m. It is a hilly airport. It is also surrounded by the snow-covered mountains, Lukla has mountain weather. Sometimes, this weather changes unfavourably and causes a flight delay. In such a case, the helicopter will be charted upon your request by Mountain Ascend Treks. The fare per person will vary from helicopter to helicopter or from company to company. The fare will be roughly between USD 500 to USD 3000. The helicopter has a capacity for 4 to 6 passengers, and it can fly even at the low visibility of 1500 m, while the twin otter flies at the high visibility of 5000 m.

Day 4: Trek To Namche Bazaar (3440m, 6 Hours) (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner)

From Phakding, you head off to Namche by following the Dudh Koshi River, and the trekking route passes through pine and cedar forest, wherein you come across ethnic Sherpa villages, eventually, you reach Namche, which is a meeting point of the Tibetean and the Nepali traders, who deal in salt, dried meat and textiles, and this village is the largest Sherpa village in Nepal and has lots of shops and restaurants.

Day 5: : Namche Bazar And Everest View Hotel (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner)

Today is an acclimatization day, and we will hike to Syangboche Airport (3700 m), probably the highest airport in the world, and then we hike further to Everest View Hotel to see a breathtaking view of mountains, such as Everest, Lhotse, Amadablam, Tawache, and both named and unnamed mountains. While returning, we visit a museum, known as Sherpa Culture Museum, wherein you see dresses and musical instruments of the Sherpa people, including the photos of Mt. Everest.

Day 6: Trek To Tengboche (3860m, 5 Hours) (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner)

The trekking route that we are going to walk on today, descends into the Dudh Kohsi Valley and then ascends, eventually reaches Tengboche. This is a village, which has a famous monastery of the Everest Region, and it is a 5 hr journey to it, and most of the time, you will be ascending, so you might be tired, but this is a trek, wherein you might forget your tiredness by looking at the world's most beautiful mountain, called Ama Dablam. In addition to these, you will see Everest, the world's highest mountain.

Day 7: Trek To Dingboche (4410m, 5 Hours) (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner)

While trekking today, you come across forest, Imja Khola (river) and Pangbocje, a village, and the view of the mountains keeps on coming to your sight. You see the famous mountains of the Everest Region, such as Ama Dablam and Lhotse, in addition to other peaks. There is a pasture ahead, which is known as the Summer Valley,from where you walk further to reach Dingboche.

Day 8: Trek To Chhukung (4700m) 2 Hrs (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner

Most of the trekking route is flat, and it ascends and descends. Its uphill part is steep, but the mountain view that it shows to us is impressive. Later, it takes us to yak pasture, including the area of the local seabuckthorn berry. It looks like a small orange, which is red in color red and rich in source of vitamins, such as C and E.

Day 9: Hiking To Chhukung Ri (5540m) (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner)

After having breakfast, we head off to Chukung Ri, which is a beautiful ridge. This ridge located is at an altitude of 5550 m above the sea level, equivalent to 18204 feet. The Chukung Ridge is placed right above the Chukung Valley on the southern border of the Mt Lhotse. The mountain climb this ridge before climbing a mountain.

Day 10: Trek To Lobuche (4910m) Via Kongma La Pass (5335m) 8 Hours (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner)

The ascending trail that takes us to the Kong Ma La Pass is made of loose scree. Its top has Buddhist prayer flags. Below, there is the Khumbu Glacier and moraine.The descending trail from the pass is difficult, and finally it takes us to Lobuche. We see a great view of Island peak valley, including the jagged ridge of Amphu Lapcha.

Day 11: Trek To Everest Base Camp (5364m) & Back To Gorekshep (5181m) 8 Hours (Overnight At Hotel

We walk by Gorak Shep Lake. We walk upward, where the air is thin. We come across rocky dunes, moraine and streams before reaching Everest Base Camp. From the camp, we can see a spectacular view of mountains, such as Nuptse, Khumbuste and Pumori. We will also see the Khumbu Glacier and Icefall. Thase are some of the highlights of Everest Base Camp Short Trek. We spend a night at Gorakshep.

Day 12: Hiking To Kalapattar (5545m) - Gorekshep And Trek To Dzongla (4830m) 7 Hours With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner)

Hiking to Kalapathar means reaching the best viewpoint in the Everest Region and seeing the best view of Mt. Everest. As the sun's rays strike the snow-capped mountains, including Everest, they become golden in color and look incredible. From there, we descend to Gorekshep and Pheriche. Other mountains that come to our eyes are Lingtren, Khumbutse, and Changtse. You will take a lot of photos from Kalapathar because of the panoramic view of Mt. Everest, and taking this kind of photos is the moment of enjoying. After this, we descend to Dzongla.

Day 13: Trek To Gokyo (4800m) Via Cho La Pass (5368m) - 8 Hours
Pass By: Gokyo Lake, Khumjung 56000, Nepal
Today we have to start our trek before 4-5 am so we can cross Cho La pass before mid-day and re-assess the hike when the weather turns bad. Today the route maybe little difficult due to high altitude and steeply loose rock. Snow may cause some problem while crossing Cho La pass and rock fall can also be the problem although weather is good. As a result you can see magnificent view from the top of Cho La Pass then we will descend to our destination, Gokyo (4,790 m). We have to cross Khara, Pangka, and Ngozumpa glacier (which is the longest glacier in Nepal). We can see the beautiful view of Kantaga and big Mountain Cho-oyu. There are series of six lakes where third one is the Gokyo Lake. There is a small village near the Gokyo Lake where we will stay 2 nights as we will have sightseeing and hiking trip around Gokyo.

Day 14: Hiking To Gokyo RI (5483m)And Back To Gokyo Lake, 4 Hours (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner)

We wake up early in the morning to ascend to the Gokyo Ri, a viewpoint, to see a breath-taking view of mountains. It is a 2-hour ascend to the top of the view point. From the top, we see the famous mountains of the Everest Region, including Cho-Oyu, Gyachung Kang, Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cholatse and Tawache.The trekking trail offers the view of mountains, such as Kantega and Cho-Oyu and takes us to the valley. The trekking trail widens and heads off to the Ngozumpa Glacier, the largest glacier in Nepal, including moraine.

Day 15: Trek To Lunden (4300m) Via Crossing The Renjo La Pass (5340m) 7
Pass By: Khumjung, Khumjung, Eastern Region
After having breakfast, we will head off to Lunden. On the way, we have to cross the Renjo La Pass. It is challenging. From there, we have to descend. The landscape that we are going to reach resembles that of the Tibetean Valley . On the trekking trail, we will meet the Tibetean businessmen as well as see yaks loaded with goods.

Day 16: Trek To Thame (3800m) 4 Hours (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner)

Today, we follow the descending trekking trail and see beautiful snow-covered mountains. On the way, we will see once again Tibetean businessmen. We will also visit Thame Monastery. It is beautiful and located on the top of the hill. This is the site, where the Mani Rimdu festival is held every year in the monthe of May.

Day 17: Trek To Namche Bazaar (3440m) 5 Hours (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner)

After having breakfast, we will follow the trekking trail that is easy. It is flat as well as descending. On the descending trail, we need to take a rest because walking on this trail is difficult than walking on an ascending trail. The trek is scenic for beautiful landscape. Namche, which is your next stop is the largest Sherpa village of the Everest Region.

Day 18: : Trek To Lukla (2800m) 7 Hours (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner)

The trekking trail descends to the valley and takes you to the suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River and is easy to do, and we will be walking most of the time along the Dudh Koshi River. Later this trail joins with Lukla, from where we catch a return flight to Kathmandu, the city of temples. And it is in Lukla, we feel that we have done the world's best trek in 14 days.

Day 19: Day 19: Fly To Kathmandu And Farewell Dinner (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast And Dinner)

We catch an early morning flight to Kathmandu. After reaching Kathmandu, we can take a rest or do some souvenir shopping. If you are interested, then Mountain Ascend Treks help you in souvenir shopping. Later in the evening, you will have a farewell dinner in a Nepali restaurant, where you can see Nepali dance.Also, there will be Nepali music and songs. Along with these, there is a lot of tourism activities that you can do in Nepal. Some of these are jungle safari, biking, and mountain flight.

There are series of six lakes where third one is the Gokyo Lake. There is a small village near the Gokyo Lake where we will stay 2 nights as we will have sightseeing and hiking trip around Gokyo.

Day 14: Hiking To Gokyo RI (5483m)And Back To Gokyo Lake, 4 Hours (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner)
Pass By: Gokyo, Gokyo, Sagarmatha Zone, Eastern Region
We wake up early in the morning to ascend to the Gokyo Ri, a viewpoint, to see a breath-taking view of mountains. It is a 2-hour ascend to the top of the view point. From the top, we see the famous mountains of the Everest Region, including Cho-Oyu, Gyachung Kang, Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cholatse and Tawache.The trekking trail offers the view of mountains, such as Kantega and Cho-Oyu and takes us to the valley. The trekking trail widens and heads off to the Ngozumpa Glacier, the largest glacier in Nepal, including moraine.

Day 15: Trek To Lunden (4300m) Via Crossing The Renjo La Pass (5340m) 7
Pass By: Khumjung, Khumjung, Eastern Region
After having breakfast, we will head off to Lunden. On the way, we have to cross the Renjo La Pass. It is challenging. From there, we have to descend. The landscape that we are going to reach resembles that of the Tibetean Valley . On the trekking trail, we will meet the Tibetean businessmen as well as see yaks loaded with goods.

Day 16: Trek To Thame (3800m) 4 Hours (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner)
Pass By: Khumjung, Khumjung, Eastern Region
Today, we follow the descending trekking trail and see beautiful snow-covered mountains. On the way, we will see once again Tibetean businessmen. We will also visit Thame Monastery. It is beautiful and located on the top of the hill. This is the site, where the Mani Rimdu festival is held every year in the monthe of May.

Day 17: Trek To Namche Bazaar (3440m) 5 Hours (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner)
Pass By: Namche Bazaar, Namche Bazaar, Khumbu, Sagarmatha Zone, Eastern Region
After having breakfast, we will follow the trekking trail that is easy. It is flat as well as descending. On the descending trail, we need to take a rest because walking on this trail is difficult than walking on an ascending trail. The trek is scenic for beautiful landscape. Namche, which is your next stop is the largest Sherpa village of the Everest Region.

Day 18: : Trek To Lukla (2800m) 7 Hours (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner)
Pass By: Lukla, Lukla, Sagarmatha Zone, Eastern Region
The trekking trail descends to the valley and takes you to the suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River and is easy to do, and we will be walking most of the time along the Dudh Koshi River. Later this trail joins with Lukla, from where we catch a return flight to Kathmandu, the city of temples. And it is in Lukla, we feel that we have done the world's best trek in 14 days.

Day 19: Day 19: Fly To Kathmandu And Farewell Dinner (Overnight At Hotel With Breakfast And Dinner)

We catch an early morning flight to Kathmandu. After reaching Kathmandu, we can take a rest or do some souvenir shopping. If you are interested, then Mountain Ascend Treks help you in souvenir shopping. Later in the evening, you will have a farewell dinner in a Nepali restaurant, where you can see Nepali dance.Also, there will be Nepali music and songs. Along with these, there is a lot of tourism activities that you can do in Nepal. Some of these are jungle safari, biking, and mountain flight.

Day 20: Departure From Kathmandu (Breakfast And Transportation Are Provided)
