Day1 Arrival in Beijing

Your guide will meet you at Beijing Airport and transfer you to the hotel.

Hotel: The Great Wall Hotel Beijing (5 stars)- the former Sheraton

Day2 Beijing (B+L)

After breakfast at the hotel. set off to the first stop, at the Tiananmen Square and then the Forbidden City. In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Heaven. Then you will go to see a traditional Chinese Kung Fu Show in the evening. A la carte lunch with Peking duck is served.

Day3 Beijing(B)

Visit Mutianyu Great Wall (round trip cable car is included). To leave you more time on the Great Wall, lunch is not included. It may be the best that you have a big breakfast at the hotel, and a light lunch on your own. Take photo of the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium) on the way back. Later visit a local market.

Day4 Beijing - Xian(B+L)

Visit the Summer Palace and the traditional Hutongs with Chinese paper cutting experience. A la carte lunch is served. Then you are off to Xian, where you will be met at the airport and brought to the hotel accommodation in the city.

Day5 Xian (B+L+D)

This morning, we will show you the Terracotta Army Museum. Then pay a home visit with home-cooked lunch. Proceed to the Xian Museum and Small Wild Goose Pagoda. This evening, dine on the local special dumpling dinner with the Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. (Tips: the show with dinner is available from Apr to Nov)

Day6 Xian(B+L)

Observe local life in the park, One-hour Tai Chi practice, Xi'an City Wall, A la carte lunch, Provincial History Museum, Great Mosque, Muslim Quarter.

Day7 Xian - Chengdu (B)

A 4-hour high-speed train will take you from Xian to Chengdu. Our guide will meet you at the railway station and help you check in at the hotel. You will be free in the afternoon.

Hotel: Holiday Inn Chengdu Oriental Plaza (4 stars)

Day8 Chengdu (B)

Visit Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, Jinsha Site Museum and the Broad and Narrow Alleys. At last have a leisure time at Renmin Park.

Day9 Chengdu - Shanghai (B)

You will take a flight to Shanghai. Expect to be met and taken to the hotel for check-in. The rest time of the day is free for you.

Hotel: Crowne Plaza Century Park Shanghai (5 stars) or Similar

Day10 Shanghai(B+L)

Visit Shanghai Museum, Yu Garden and its traditional bazaar. An a la carte farewell lunch will be served at a popular local restaurant. After lunch, visit the former French Concession, the Bund area and have a one-hour cruise tour on the Huangpu River. Bon voyage at the hotel lobby from your guide.

Day11 Leave Shanghai (B)

Airport drop-off is not included. Please make your way to the airport.
