      Individual arrival to Las Vegas. At 6 pm meeting at the hotel, invitation to a welcome dinner and travel briefing. Overnight stay at the hotel.



  • Day 2 Valley Of Fire - Bryce Canyon Np
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Valley Of Fire - Bryce Canyon Np

      Drive in the direction of Utah. Stop at Valley of Fire State Park and hike through the rocky landscape with well-preserved Indian petroglyphs. During a walk in Red Canyon you will already see the first typical red rock needles. Overnight stay near Bryce Canyon in cozy log cabins.



  • Day 3 Bryce Canyon National Park

      Bryce Canyon National Park

      Bryce Canyon National Park with its bizarre formations in all shades of color is considered one of the most beautiful national parks in the USA. Hike among the stone pillars, called "hoodoos", and stop at the visitor center and various viewpoints. Horseback riding in lieu of the hike is also available (optional, US$85 per person). Overnight stay as on the previous day.



  • Day 4 Dream Road "Highway 12

      Dream Road "Highway 12

      The "All American Highway 12" is one of the most scenic roads in the West. You will take a hike in the photogenic sandstone area in the Kodachrome Basin and to petrified tree remains in Escalante Petrified Forest State Park. Drive toward Capitol Reef NP over the nearly 3,000-foot Boulder Pass, where youโ€™ll enjoy fantastic views of the vast, untouched natural landscapes. Overnight stay at the hotel in Torrey.



  • Day 5 Capitol Reef National Park - Moab

      Capitol Reef National Park - Moab

      You will experience the magnificent nature and the massive rock world of the Capitol Reef National Park with high red stone walls. You will hike through a massive slot canyon (weather permitting) or to an impressive viewpoint. Later, short hike in Goblin Valley State Park with its funny stone formations and stop at Sego Canyon with ancient rock paintings. Overnight at hotel in Moab.



  • Day 6 Arches National Park

      Arches National Park

      Morning at leisure. Take a stroll through the galleries and stores in Moab. Or you can go rafting on the Colorado River (optional 85 US$ per person). In the afternoon smaller hikes in Arches NP, among other things you will experience the sunset at the famous Delicate Arch. Overnight stay as on the previous day.



  • Day 7 Canyonlands National Park - Durango 1ร—F

      Canyonlands National Park - Durango 1ร—F

      Small walks and hikes in Canyonlands National Park, among others to the famous view Mesa Arch. This offers breathtaking views over the vast Colorado Plateau. The view from Dead Horse Point State Park rounds off the Canyonlands experience. Continue to the gold mining town of Durango. Overnight stay in a lodge.



  • Day 8 Durango - Silverton

      Durango - Silverton

      Today is time for the highly recommended ride (optional, US$115 per person) on the still-active 1882 narrow-gauge steam railroad between the historic mining towns of Durango and Silverton, which once transported silver and gold through the Rocky Mountains. Overnight as on the previous day.



  • Day 9 Mesa Verde National Park

      Mesa Verde National Park

      Guided tour of the elaborate, well-preserved prehistoric rock settlements in Mesa Verde NP and insight into the history of the Anasazi Indians (5th - 8th centuries). Stop at an Indian trading post in Cortez. Overnight stay at the hotel in Blanding.



  • Day 10 Valley Of The Gods - Monument Valley 1ร—(B/A)

      Valley Of The Gods - Monument Valley 1ร—(B/A)

      Visit a historic fort in Bluff and then drive through the "Valley of the Gods," an area of monumental cliffs. At Goosenecks State Park, admire the deep gorge of the San Juan River. Highlight is the visit to Monument Valley, world famous for countless western movies. Guided by Navajo Indians, drive by four-wheel drive vehicle through the monumental landscape. Dinner with Navajo specialties. Overnight stay at the hotel.



  • Day 11 Horseshoe Bend - Lake Powell 1ร—F

      Horseshoe Bend - Lake Powell 1ร—F

      Drive to Page at Lake Powell. Hike to Horseshoe Bend with magnificent views of the massive, horseshoe-shaped canyon of the Colorado River. Later, optional Native American-guided tour of famous Antelope Canyon with its red water-carved sandstone (optional, US$55 per person). Spend the afternoon at Lake Powell. Optional: boat trip on the lake. Overnight stay in a lodge in Marble Canyon.



  • Day 12 Coral Pink Sand Dunes

      Coral Pink Sand Dunes

      At deep Marble Canyon, with luck, you may see condors. Later, stop at historic Leeโ€™s Ferry, once the only ferry across the Colorado River. Afterwards, ranger-guided tour of Pipe Spring National Monument. At Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, the sand dunes glow in the evening light. Alternative program: Day trip with a four-wheel drive vehicle to Vermilion National Monument with exploration of the fantastic landscape of White Pockets (optional, 215 US$ per person including lunch, Lees Ferry and Pipe Springs are not included). Overnight stay in a lodge in Kanab.



  • Day 13 Grand Canyon National Park 1ร—F

      Grand Canyon National Park 1ร—F

      Day trip to Grand Canyon National Park (in spring and late fall South Rim with optional helicopter flight, in summer North Rim). Stop at the most beautiful viewpoints and small hikes along the canyon with breathtaking views of the most massive canyon in the world. Overnight stay as on the previous day.



  • Day 14 Zion National Park - Las Vegas

      Zion National Park - Las Vegas

      Drive along the scenic Mt. Carmel Highway to Zion National Park, a sandstone area with colorful rocks. There you will undertake various small hikes. Arrival in Las Vegas in the late afternoon. Evening at leisure Farewell dinner (optional) and short tour through the sea of lights in Las Vegas. Overnight stay at the hotel.
