When you arrive in Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area you will take a tour to visit the Wenwu Temple, Holy Monk Shrine, and Ci En Pagoda. Enjoy the natural hot springs at your hotel.

      Today you will explore Gyeongju, a museum without walls, and visit the UNESCO World Heritage Listed Seokguram Grotto. Then transfer to Andong and wander the World Heritage Listed Folk Village. Continue to Wonju for the night.

      After breakfast the day is free at your leisure until it is time to transfer to the airport for your flight to Tokyo. You will be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel for two nights.


      *In case clients flights (ETA) do not arrive within 8am to 8pm, an extra charge of AUD90.00 per person will be required.

      After breakfast, you will be picked up at 08:25am from the hotel lobby to start your Tokyo Morning Tour including Meiji Shrine, Imperial Palace East Garden. Visit Asakusa Kannon temple and its shopping arcade. We finish in Tokyo station for free time shopping around 13:15pm. Return to your accommodation on your own by local transportation.


      *Tonight, please prepare an overnight bag for your night in Hakone (1night/2days worth of clothes & toiletries), as you will be leaving your main luggage at reception at 07:30am in the morning.

      Youโ€™ll travel with just an overnight bag for your night in Hakone tonight, so this morning your main suitcase will be transferred directly from Tokyo to Kyoto. At 08:25am, meet your guide in the hotel lobby to then proceed to Mt.Fuji and join our Hakone tour. We start with a cruise on Lake Ashi, then take the Hakone Ropeway to the mountain top where we enjoy the Owakudani Boiling Valley. After the tour, you will be transferred to the Hotel for your overnight stay. Tonight, is a great chance to enjoy the hot spring facilities!

      Transfer to Odawara by private car (Japanese speaking driver) and take the bullet train to Kyoto (approx. 2.5 hours). On arrival, youโ€™ll meet our assistant who will walk with you to New Miyako Hotel and point out the pick up locations for your tours along the way. This afternoon make your own way to Kyoto Station by 13:15pm to meet your guide. Enjoy a Nara Walking Tour visiting Todaiji Temple, Nara Deer Park and Kofukuji Temple. Upon arrival to Kyoto station, walk 2 minutes back to your hotel.

      After breakfast, make your own way to meet your guide at Tullyโ€™s Coffee (5 minute walk). We start your Kyoto Full Day Tour visiting Kiyomizu Temple, Sanjusangedo Temple, Fushimi Inari Shrine and Arashiyama Bamboo forest. Tour disbands at Kyoto station, make your own way back to your hotel.

      Enjoy a free day to explore Kyoto at your own pace. Why not explore the traditional tea houses in Gion and maybe even see a Geisha at work?
