Plitvice Lakes National Park: Cameras at the ready folks, some jaw-dropping natural beauty awaits. With a local guide by our side, weโll explore the UNESCO World Heritage listed Plitvice Lakes โ including the upper and lower lakes, plus the magnificent Great Waterfall. Weโll then make our way to Krka National Park to take in some of Croatiaโs finest landscapes. Plitvice Lakes National Park: Today weโll set out to explore the Plitvice Valley on two wheels. Weโll discover the ancient Barac Caves, their hidden treasures and spectacular rock formations that date back all the way to the Neanderthals(!) Afterwards, weโll enjoy a tremendous picnicโฆ with an equally tremendous view. You think youโve seen some beautiful places in Europe, but you havenโt seen anything like Plitvice and Krka National Parks, the twin peaks of Croatiaโs sensational scenery. This trip is all about getting you up close to the emerald lakes, cascading waterfalls and winding hiking trails, where youโll hike, bike, picnic and swim - with your jaw on the floor every step of the way.

All guests travelling with Contiki through December 31, 2022 are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, which may include a booster shot to keep the vaccination status current and valid, depending on the travel destination.
