      After breakfast leave for Sigiriya Rock Fortress. World Heritage giant rock fortress of Sigiriya, built in the 5th century as a bastion and palace of king Kasyapa. The most impressive facets of this unique complex are geometrically laid water gardens, frescoes of beautiful maidens, and the mirror wall with ancient graffiti. The whole face of the hill appears to have been a gigantic picture galleryโ€ฆ. the largest picture in the world perhapsโ€ฆ. wrote John Still. The lion platform and summit of 1.6 hectares, was surrounded by buildings during the period of Sigiriyaโ€™s glory. Itโ€™s around 1200 steps to the summit which yields a spectacular panorama of the surrounding jungle and Sigiriya village. After descending from Sigiriya, the clients will enjoy fresh king coconut at the foot of the rock along with serving of refreshing towels / tissues. King coconut is the water contained in a variety of bright orange colored coconut (cocos nucifera var. aurantiaca) which is โ€œindigenous to the tropical island of Sri Lankaโ€. Feel the freshness of magical drink in this island. Proceed to Polonnaruwa.In Polonnaruwa, an Exclusive lunch will be arranged by the side of a paddy field located in Polonnaruwa. There you will be given a small cooking demonstration of a typical traditional lunch which includes rice with 05 / 06 authentic curries, fried lake fish and a green salad. After Lunch visit Polonnaruwa Aincint City. A UNESCO World Heritage site that is the second great capital city of Sri Lanka, built during the 11th and 12th centuries. Here, one can still view the ruins of the Royal Palace, the Gal Viharaya, the Audience Hall, the Lotus Bath, King Parakramabahuโ€™s statue and the Parakrama Samudraya lake. There are also several sites devoted to worship including the Shiva Temple, Lankathilake, Watadage, Galpotha, and Kiri Vehera. Once you reach to near the aincient city you can have a bycle to start your journey. You will explore Medieval Capital of Polonnaruwa on two wheels. It is 9 โ€“ 12 Km ride (2 - 3 hours) and ride in Polonnaruwa archeological sites. You can feel the greatness in this site with a unique experience. Itโ€™s also a famous Monkey Kingdom Polonnaruwa has been in the limelight recently with the release of the Disney documentary movie โ€œMonkey Kingdomโ€ in over 12,000 US Cinemas in April 2015. The film documents the life of a troop of wild toque-macaque monkeys locally known as โ€œRilawโ€ while the entire set was based around the ancient kingdom of Polonnaruwa.       After breakfast leave for Kandy. The first visit of the day is Dambulla Cave Temple. The World Heritage site & known for its richly painted cave temples. Dambulla is a vast isolated rock mass and it was here that king Valagam Bahu took refuge from invasions in the 1st century B.C., later turning the caves into a rock temple. Some of its frescoes are over 2000 years old. Another highlight is a colossal figure of the recumbent Buddha carved out of the living rock, some 15 meters long. The caves have a mixture of religious and secular paintings and sculptures with ceiling frescoes depicting scenes from Buddhaโ€™s life and Sinhalese history. After that on the way visit Matale Spice Garden. Sri Lanka is the capital of a rich variety of spices that determined its history, being the cause of many an invasion. Fragrant Clove, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Mace, Pepper, Cocoa and Vanilla amongst others account for a diversity of cooking styles and applications. We learn how different spices are grown during our visit to a private farm along with live cooking stations during lunch. After that come to Kandy Later afternoon, enjoy a panoramic tour within Kandy, via the upper lake drive, stopping at the market square. Take in the local scene and local flavor. After the walk, enjoy a panoramic tuk-tuk ride around the Kandy Lake. Then visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic The famous Dalada Maligawa or the Temple of the sacred Tooth Relic. Kandy is the most venerated place of worship for Buddhists throughout the world. Built in the 16th century, this temple houses the sacred Tooth Relic of the Buddha brought to Sri Lanka from the Kalinga province in ancient India in the 4th century AD. Several buildings have been added to the temple complex by successive rulers, the latest being the Golden Canopy over the inner shrine where the Tooth Relic is placed. Originally the Temple was within the Kingโ€™s palace complex as it was the symbol of Royal Authority. It is a place with a vast collection of old books, furniture, manuscripts and photographs. The vihara buildings have been built on a natural rock called Panhalgala Rock. Among the buildings the image house possess characteristically outstanding architectural features, embellished with traditional Sinhalese sculptures. Then move to Embekke Temple Embekka Devalaya was built by the King Vikramabahu III of Gampola Era in Sri Lanka. he carvings, which adorn the wooden pillars of the drummersโ€™ hall, as well as the "Vahalkada" (the entrance porch of the devala, which is said to be older) are some of the best examples of Sinhalese art.The roof itself has significant features. The rafters all slant from above towards the incoming visitor are fixed together and kept in position by a "Madol Kurupawa", a kind of a giant catch pin the like of which we do not find elsewhere. Many of its buildings retain features from the colonial period along with a 117-year-old championship golf course, one of the most scenic in the world, nestled between the town and surrounding forested hills. en route visit Ramboda Falls. The Lunch will arrange near the Ramboda Falls where you can have one of the best view of Rabodafalls. It will definitely add an aditional taste to your lunch with unique loaction. You can experience the beauty of the waterfall at your closest. Donโ€™t forget to get some nice pictures to your collection. On the way experience the Tea plantation. Sri Lanka is one of the worldโ€™s largest exporters of tea. Since the introduction of tea to Sri Lanka in mid 19the century Nuwara Eliya has been the capital of the tea industry. For many miles prior to reaching Nuwara Eliya from either direction you will find acres and acres of tea plantations, in fact nothing but tea estates. There are many factories open for visitors, which also have tea sales outlets. Take a hike in the Tea plantations witnessing the local life of the tea plucking community. You can pluck some tea leaves and give some hand to the pluckers while experience the way of their lives.Then visit the local factory to understand the process of Tea manufacturing. Visit the Tea Factory and witness how the raw green leaf, which was plucked, is converted to the familiar dark brown product through a process of drying, cutting, rolling and fermentation. At the factory, also learn to โ€œtasteโ€ tea and try to identify the subtle differences in flavor produced at the factory Thereafter we enjoy sightseeing at the city of Nuwara Eliya.

      After breakfast leave for Yala. Enroute visit Ella surroundings while having a great view of Rawana Falls. The wide Ravana falls gushes down a height of 82 feet falling from an oval concave rock. It takes the form of a drooping areca flower during the peak season of its water flow, but its size is reduced dramatically during the dry season. Located in the Ravana Ella Wildlife Sanctuary in Ella, this waterfall is the source of many legends and secrets. Lunch at a local restaurant Evening leave for game drive in Yala National Park for 4X4 Game drive. You will feel the excitement with experienced Safari game tour of Yala National Park is better for take photos & relaxly see wild animals. Experience โ€œThe Gathering,โ€ a name given to the elephants that assemble on the banks of the Minneriya during the dry season. According to wildlife authorities, the Minneriya park gathering is the World largest grouping of wild Asian elephants at any given time.       Need to get up early morning to experience the curd making process. Breakfast will have to pack based on the time. Sri Lanka is an agricultural country, hence dairy farming is a main livelihood in most of the villages. The southern part of Sri Lanka is particularly popular for buffalo curd as a home industrial business thereby making it a must see as you explore Sri Lankaโ€™s southern charm. In the early morning you will be engaging in this activity with village dairy farmers. Along with the farmers, you may participate to lead the cows to the lake or their shelters and also engage in the task of milking the cows. This may be your once in a life time experience to drink fresh milk on the spot too! Next, you can help the farmers to take milk pots to their houses to make curd in the traditional way. After that leave to Galle fort ( UNESCO world heritage site) The Galle Fort, or Dutch Fort as it is also known, is a fortification first built by the Portugese on the Southwestern coast of Sri Lanka. The initial fortifications, which were built in the late 16th century, were quite basic. However the fort underwent extensive modifications in the 17th century by the Dutch, making it one of the most important archeological, architectural and historic monuments to illutrate the European influence in South East Asia between the 16th and 19th centuries.
