      Today you will head on to visit the Christ the Redeemer by Van & Sugarloaf Mountain, You will be picked-up in the lobby of your hotel between 7:30 am and 8:10 am, depending on the hotel location for a quick tour in Rio de Janeiro visiting the two most famous landmarks: the Christ the Redeemer Statue and Sugarloaf Mountain. Get picked up from your hotel and drive up to the Christ the Redeemer Statue - one of the New Seven Wonders of the World - on top of Corcovado Mountain. The drive is short and beautiful, traveling through the Tijuca Forest before opening to incredible views of the entire city. Then go to Sugarloaf Mountain, located in the Urca neighborhood. Ride a series of 2 cable cars in route to the summit, first arriving at Urca Hill, and then continuing to the top of Sugarloaf, reaching a height of 1,295 feet (395m). Conclude the tour with an exquisitely beautiful panorama of Rio de Janeiro.

      You will be transfer to Rioโ€™s International airport in time for your domestic flight to Iguassu. Upon arrival, youโ€™ll be met and transferred to your hotel. Later today you will head to the National Park of the Brazilian Falls. The tour starts with a visit to the Main Center of the park, where the participants will have the opportunity to get some hints about the local ecosystem. From there the tour follows with a walking time through the most important track of the park where the participants could enjoy a astonishing view of the waterfalls. From the local belvedere the participants will have a privileged sight of the both parks of the waterfalls, Return to the main point via the panoramic elevator. After the tour you can choose to book an optional tour or enjoy the balance of the day at leisure.

      Today you will be transferred to the Argentinian side of the falls with a quick stop at customs check out. After that, the tour continues to the Tancredo Neves Bridge over the Iguassu River, which separates the border between Argentina and Brazil. Once in Argentina, a scenic highway up to the Argentine Iguassu Parkis taken from where the visit of the Argentinean Falls, which gives the access to the very brink of the awe-inspiring Devilโ€™s Throat, largest of the Argentinean Falls, including the San Martin Falls. On the way back from the falls a stop at the โ€œThree Bordersโ€ Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay meet. You will visit the upper circuit and the Devilยดs Throat.

      Today you will enjoy a half-day visit to the modern and colonial parts of the city of Lima the "City of Kings". Start in the districts of Miraflores and San Isidro. The road passes a Huaca or sacred pre-Inca site. There will then be a stop at Parque del Amor (Lovers Park) in Miraflores for its magnificent view over the Pacific Ocean. The tour also includes the Historic Centre based on the Main Square, where the Presidential Palace, the Archbishopโ€™s Palace, the Municipality of Lima and the Cathedral are located, as well as a visit to one of the largest colonial-era convents. After your tour you will have free time to explore the city at your own pace.

      Today you will be transferred back to Lima International Airport for your domestic flight to Cusco. Enjoy a short but spectacular flight over the snow-capped Andes to the oldest inhabited city in the hemisphere, Cusco, at an elevation of 11,440 feet. Upon arrival, youโ€™ll be met and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the remainder of the day at liesure.

      Explore the best of the Sacred Valley of the Incas through this route. You will visit the Parwa Center to appreciate beautiful textiles and even get a chance to make some purchases. Visit the Chinchero Church, built-in 1607 by the Spanish rulers. Continue to see the ruins of Chinchero and explore the terraces and aqueducts which are landmarks of Incan architecture. Next, visit the Racchi Viewpoint for panoramic views of the sacred valley of the Incas. Proceed to Ollantaytambo, one of the most monumental architectural complexes of the ancient Inca Empire โ€” and one of the few places where the Spanish conquistadors lost a major battle. Well known for its โ€œAndenesโ€ (terraces dug into the slopes of mountains for agricultural purposes), Ollantaytambo was a highly effective fortress that also served as a temple. Then, you will visit the town of Ollantaytambo, โ€œthe unique living Inca townโ€: the best surviving example of Inca city planning, with narrow cobblestone streets which have continuously been inhabited since the 13th century.

      This morning you will travel on the Expedition train through the Sacred Valley to Aguas Calientes, where you will board a shuttle up to the "Lost City of the Incas", Machu Picchu. Perched 8,200 feet above the valley, the city of Machu Picchu was hidden by mountains and semi-tropical jungle for 400 years until discovered by Hiram Bingham in 1911.  A knowledgeable tour guide will share the history of this mystical place with you. This afternoon you will take the train back to Ollantaytambo rail station, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Cusco.
