Itinerary

This is a six day residential retreat in the mountains of Andalucia. Food is exquisite vegetarian. There are three yoga classes a day with a day off for those wishing to visit Ronda. Plenty of relaxation time to read the books you have always wanted to catch up with, swim in a gloriously fresh mountain water pool or hang in one of the many hammocks, lie on a lounger or find one of the many little hideaways to read or write, paint or have a nap! Can you bear to be this relaxed?
