Day 1: Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu (1300m/4265ft)

Stop At: Kathmandu Valley, Kathmandu Valley, Bagmati Zone, Central Region
You’ll land in Tribhuvan International Airport and our Himalaya Land Treks’ representative will welcome you and then drive you to our hotel. You’ll have a light meal and then will be introduced to the tour guide. The guide will give a brief orientation about the tour and you will prepare for the tour. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 2: Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley

Stop At: Nagarkot, Nagarkot, Bagmati Zone, Central Region
Your tour starts with sightseeing in the Kathmandu valley. This day, you explore the places that represent the ancient Nepal that is, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square. In those places, you can observe the architecture and history of Nepal. Later, you’ll visit the Swayambhunath Stupa and Boudhanath Stupa which are the major pilgrimage sites for Buddhists. Next, you’ll visit the Pashupatinath temple, which is a holy temple of Lord Shiva. After sightseeing in Kathmandu valley, you’ll drive to Nagarkot. The drive gives you some glimpse of green hills and fields of rice, wheat, etc. Overnight stay in Nagarkot.

Day 3: Sunrise View from Nagarkot (2175m/7136ft) and Bhaktapur Sightseeing with Changunarayan Visit

Stop At: Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Bhaktapur 00977-1-4701148 Nepal
You wake up early morning and head to the top of Nagarkot to view the sunrise. You see the sun rising through the series of Himalayas and the view is magnificent. Nagarkot is a spot to view the Himalayas in Ganesh Himal, Jugal, and Langtang ranges. After the sunrise, you can visit the small Tamang settlements and also ride a horse if interested. After lunch, you return to Kathmandu valley and visit Changunarayan temple. Then, you visit the Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Naytapola. Overnight stay in Bhaktapur.

Day 4: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (820m/2690ft) via Manakamana Mandir Visit. O/N Stay in Pokhara

Stop At: Pokhara, Pokhara, Gandaki Zone, Western Region
Further, you drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu valley. You drive from the city area until you reach Thankot. After the twist and turn roads, you reach Naubise and the road goes straighter. After a short drive, you will be accompanied by the Trishuli River. You’ll pass Malekhu and then reach Kurintar. From Kurintar, you ride the cable car and then reach to Manakamana temple which lies in Gorkha district. The temple is one of the biggest Hindu temples in Nepal and sees hundreds of pilgrims every day. After visiting the temple, you return to Kurintar riding the cable car and then head to Pokhara. After around 3 hours of drive, you’ll reach Pokhara. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 5: Pokhara Sightseeing and Explore

Stop At: Pokhara, Pokhara, Gandaki Zone, Western Region
After breakfast, you’ll head to Phewa Lake and have a boat ride along with the visit of Barahi temple that lies on the lake. After the boat ride, you'll enjoy the lakeside and have lunch. After lunch, you'll visit the Mahendra cave and drive to World Peace Stupa. You can have a nice view of the Himalayas like Machhapuchhre (6997m) and Annapurna (8091m). You’ll enjoy the sunset from the Stupa and return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 6: Pokhara Sightseeing and Explore

Stop At: Pokhara, Pokhara, Gandaki Zone, Western Region
Early morning, you head to Sarangkot and view the beautiful sunrise. With the sunrise, you get to watch Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges along with Mt. Machhapuchhre (6997m). Then, if interested, you can Paraglide as well. Further, you’ll head to Davis Falls and then to Bat Cave. In the evening, you can relax at the lakeside and prepare for your return. Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 7: Drive back to Kathmandu via Gorkha Visit | Farewell Dinner

Stop At: Kathmandu, Kathmandu, Kathmandu Valley, Bagmati Zone, Central Region
Last day of the tour will be returned journey to Kathmandu. You'll leave Pokhara and then drive along the river with a nice view of hills. On the way, you’ll visit Gorkha and the ancient palace of Shah dynasty at the top of a hill. You can also visit the Gorakhnath temple and Kali temple. You can have a view of Manaslu ranges and Ganesh Himal (7422m) from Gorkha. After exploring the place, you’ll return to Kathmandu. You’ll have a farewell dinner hosted by the Himalaya Land Treks and rest. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 8: Transfer to international airport for final departure.
