  • Day 1 Day 1: Yangon Arrival

      Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your Travel Guide who will accompany you as you transfer to the hotel.   Yangon, formerly known as Rangoon, is a relatively quiet and charming city. Its impressive colonial and spiritual heritage makes it one of the most fascinating cities in Southeast Asia. After lunch weโ€™ll visit Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda, home to a 70-meter long reclining Buddha. A visit to Chaukhtatgyi provides a great overview of Buddhism with murals depicting the life of Buddha, the feet of the statue carved with traditional symbols and often many locals gathering to pay homage and pray. From here, continue to Shwedagon Pagoda the most revered Buddhist temple in Myanmar. Although the origins of the pagoda are unclear, the local legend states that the original struc-ture was built 2500 years ago then renovated several times until taking its current shape in the 15th century. The 8-sided central stupa is 99 meters high and gilded with gold leaf and is surrounded by 64 smaller stupas and your guide will show you around the massive complex, ex-plaining why this temple is so revered. Enjoy breathtaking views of the golden stupa from this vantage point.  Overnight in Yangon. Lunch and Dinner will be on your own.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Yangon - Kyaikhtiyo (By Car)

      Day 2: Yangon - Kyaikhtiyo (By Car)

      After breakfast, drive to Kyaikhtiyo. On the way visit the Allied War Cemetery at Htaukkyant near Yangon. Then, continue to Kyaikhtiyo ( the Golden Rock ) about 160 km from Yangon, stands on a gilded boulder precariously perched on the edge of a hill.  Our coach has to stop at Kinpun Base camp.  From there you have to take local truck (1 hour drive) which is normally used for hilly track up to the mountain top. On arrival, visit to the Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda (Golden Rock) and watch the beauty sunset and dawn at this important pilgrimage site. Overnight at the hotel in Kyaikhtiyo.  Overnight in Kyaikhtiyoe. Lunch and Dinner will be on your own.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Kyaikhtiyoe - Bago - Yangon

      After breakfast , return by car to Yangon. En route visit to Bago; the ancient Mon Capital, 80 Kilometers northeast of Yangon. Sightseeing tour highlights include: Bago colorful market to observe the ways of local peopleโ€™s life, Shwemawdaw Pagoda; one of the most venerated pagodas in Myanmar, Kanbawzathadi Palace; the famous palace of King Bayinnaung ( 1551 โ€“ 1581 A.D. ) is being extensively excavated and some buildings are being rebuilt. Shwethalyaung Pagoda; the worldโ€™s most beautiful Reclining Buddha, and Kyaik Pun Pagoda; four seated Buddha Image.  Finally, back to Yangon and Overnight at the hotel in Yangon.  Overnight in Yangon.   • Day 4 Day 4: Yangon - Bagan (By Flight)

      Breakfast at hotel or take away your breakfast box and transfer to the airport for the flight to Bagan as most of flights from Yangon to Bagan are early flights. Upon arrival Nyaung Oo Airport, you will start your sightseeing with a visit to local Nyaung Oo Market to see the colourful and interesting weighing systems and various kinds of vegetables. Then you tour includes: the Shwezigone Pagoda where you can have a look 37 Nats images in a small hall if your itineray has no visit to Mt. Popa. Later on drive further, passing the thousands of temples and pagodas in the plain of Bagan which is the pride for Myanmars and check in hotel. Today hightlights are: architecture of those temples at that time as it is very famous for its interlocking mortarless birckwork and handicrafts especially lacquareware production. Finally you will have unforgettable and magnificient views to watch sunset from one of the temples in Bagan by climbing up to the top of one temple. Overnight in Bagan Lodge Hotel in Bagan.

  • Day 5 Day 5: Bagan - Mt. Popa - Bagan

      After breakfast, your excursion to Mt. Popa will start.  By car early in the morning after 1:30 hour get to the Popa hill lock or crag which is believed to be the abode of 37 gods known as Nats in Myanmar, the guardian spirits of animists before the Buddhism in Myanmar. After climbing up 777steps get to the top and enjoy the scenic beauty of the region full of vegetations and herbs around the extinct volcano with the altitude of about 1500 feet, lunch at the restaurant around the region with scenic beauty. On the way to Mt. Popa with the scenic beauties. Life of people living on farming and Toddy palm yards, toddy juice tapping and making of brown toddy sugar are one the interest for the visitors, you may try to drink the fresh toddy juice which has alcohol level to carry away more or less. Come back to Bagan.  Overnight in Bagan. Lunch and Dinner will be on your own.

  • Day 6 Day 6: Bagan - Mandalay (By Flight)

      Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Mandalay which was the last kingdom capital and is the second largest city in Myanmar. Upon arrival Mandalay International Airport and depending on your arrival time, you may start your sightseeing with a visit to local Mahagandayone Monastery to learn Buddhist monks lives as that monastery is the largest Buddhist teaching one in Myanmar with over 1000 monks. The monks queue up at around 10:30 a.m for their last meal of the day. Then drive further to see U Bein bridge, the world longest wooden teak bridge constructed in 1849 with about three quarter of a mile with 106 posts. Then a visit to Mahar Myat Muni Pagoda, the most revered Buddha image castled in bronze. Then a short visit to Gold foil making cottage industry. Other interesting sightseeing in Mandalay are as follows:  

      โ€ Shwenandaw Monastery which is noted for its exquisite wood carvings   

      โ€ Kuthodaw Pagoda which is known as the Worldโ€™s Biggest Book for its marble stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures.  

      โ€ Mandalay Hill which is a vantage point for a panoramic view of the city and a spectacular sunset view.   Overnight in Mandalay Mandalay. Lunch and Dinner will be on your own.

      After your breakfast, transfer to the jetty where your boat is ready to cruise upstream to Mingun.  In Mingun, you will visit the worldโ€™s second largest bell and unfinished pagoda. Moreover there will be a beautiful white-washed Pagoda Sinphyumae for your photomotive.  Back to Mandalay and your will visit the rest of the major highlights in Mandalay like Golden Monestary and others.   Overnight in Mandalay.   • Day 8 Day 8: Mandalay - Heho - Inle Lake (By Flight, Car)

      Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Heho which is on the Shan plateau. After arrival Heho Airport, transfer to Nyaung Shwe Jetty by car. On the way you will see some hill tirbes trading their farm products of vegetables and fruits. You will visit famous 5 market days on that day by chance. Your sightseeing will start with a visit to Phaungdawoo Pagoda, houses of five small Buddha images. The next stop will be at Ngephe Chaung Monastery, an attractive wooden monastery built on stilts over the lake at the end of 1850s. Your tour includes a visit to local silverware workshops, traditional iron work, silk and lotus weaving, shan paper making workshops. Enjoy a boat ride on Inle Lake for the whole day.   Overnight in Inle or Nyaung Shwe. Lunch and Dinner will be on your own.

      After breakfast at hotel, visit of Indein village; the hidden treasure of Inle Lake.  It is Shwe Indaing pagoda complex that is newly open to International travelers where one will be totally amaze of ruined stup as from 13โ€ century.  On the way, you will enjoy the nature beauty on the way like vegetable gardens, child and young monks (novices) enjoying their morning bath in the clear stream, water buffaloes and people among the paddy fields etc.   After a nice stroll among the pagoda complex, walk back along the bamboo forest to the jetty to take back the boat to Inle Lake.  Then visit the Silver Smith to experience the local methods of making silver wares.   Return back to your hotel in the evening and overnight at the hotel in Inle. Lunch and Dinner will be on your own.

      After breakfast, your tour includes Sule Pagoda which is the heart of the downtown and some colonial buildings such as High Court, Ministersโ€™ Office and Post office. Before flying back home, you will have chance to make shopping at Bogyoke Market, known for its colonial architecture and inner cobblestone streets, the market is a major tourist destination, dominated by antique, Burmese handicraft and jewelry shops, art galleries and clothing stores.

      After Breakfast, youโ€™ll transfer to the Nanthida Jetty to board a ferry to cross the Yangon River to Dala. The jetty is often buzzing with activity as a mini-street market is there to sell snacks and other items to the ferry passengers. The boat ride to Dala takes 15 minutes and offers great views of the waterways as well as a fun chance to interact with the curious locals as they make their way across the river. The scenic town is remarkably different from nearby Yangon, with many trees, local neighborhoods and quiet side streets filling the area. While in Dala youโ€™ll visit by tri shaw to the market and have plenty of opportunities to stop and interact with the friendly locals. After visiting the village and market, proceed to the monastery to learn about monastic life in Myanmar. The monastery also serves as a community center and is an important part of rural Burmese life.  Return by boat to Yangon and transfer to the hotel.  Rest of the day is at your own leisure until your transfer to the Yangon International Airport for your departure.
