      Yangon is a charming city with wide, tree-lined boulevards, shimmering Buddhist stupas and British colonial architecture. Founded in 1755 by King Alaungpaya, Yangon became the capital after the British conquered Upper Myanmar in 1885. Formerly known as Rangoon, Yangon was renowned as the โ€œQueen of the East.โ€ Yangon is now considered to be the most delightful city in all of Southeast Asia, bustling without urgency, high rise buildings and department stores.  International Arrival at Yangon airport &welcome by our driver and transfer to your hotel for check-in.  Visit to downtown laid out by the British in a typical colonial grid, Yangonโ€™s shaded streets are a delight to roam. Continue the city orientation tour with the visits of Chaukhtatgyi (reclining Buddha), Colonial Buildings in downtown. In the afternoon, visit to the most famous Shwedagon pagoda, which is over 326 feet tall, gilded in gold and gems, the Shwedagon is the most revered shrine in the country.

      In the morning, transfer to airport to fly to Mandalay the last kingdom as well as the center of the Myanmar cultural, tradition, arts and crafts. Upon arrival, our guide will take you to your hotel & on the way, visit Maharmuni Buddha Image and gold-leaf workshop, sculptures & wood-carving and puppets workshop. In the evening, visit famous golden palace monastery, the only vestige of Royal Palace, and KuthodawPagoda, the world biggest book and enjoy sunset from Mandalay Hill, 200m high.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Mandalay- Mingun (By Boat)- Ava, Amarapura

      Visit Mingun (by boat), Ava (by horse cart), Amarapura

      This morning, breakfast at hotel and then transfer to jetty to take private boat then sail upstream for about 1:30 hour we arrived at the Mingun pagoda complex. Well known short trip to see the unfinished pagoda, the Mingun Bell, weighting 90 tones and the biggest hanging undamaged bell in the world and the โ€œHome for the Agedโ€. Then, back to Mandalay. Then, continue to visit to the ancient capitals of Ava, several Burmese kingdoms for 5 centuries and local ferry with crossing of river which allows access to the island of Ava, and visit by horse cart for an original discovery of this site today and visit the monastery in drums teakwood BagayaKyaung and Mai Nu Oakkyaung. And, visit  to Amarapura, the ancient capital before Mandalay, famous for teak wood bridge U Bein. Walk on U Bein Wooden Bridge or take a canoe in Taungthaman Lake to enjoy the scenic beauty and ways of fishing.

      Landroute from Mandalay to Bagan (3.5 hours) during low season (from April to September)

      After breakfast, depart to Bagan about about 3.5-hour drive. On the way, a visit to a village on road if you are interested. Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. Lunch at a local restaurant. Free time in the evening.

      Alliance Myanmar River Cruise from Mandalay to Bagan (8 hours) during high season (from October to March)

      This morning transfer to jetty and embark Alliance River Cruise/ RV Panorama to Bagan. The whole cruising day gives you the opportunity to see ways of life on Irrawaddy, famous River which originates at north of country at base of Himilaya and flows to the South to enter into Indian Ocean. With RV Panorama, one village will be visited on the way to observe ways of life of villagers. Arrive at Bagan in the evening. Transfer to your hotel.

      This morning starts to explore Bagan, one of the most important archeological site of South-East Asia and home to nearly 4000 religious edifices constructed between 11th and 13th centuries; the suggested buildings are venerable Ananda Temple, ShweGuGyi, Maha Bodhi, etc. Visit a lacquer-ware workshop for its impressive steps of production in the afternoon. Then, visit to Sulamani Sunset Viewing Hill from which youโ€™ll see a fabulous sunset, which canโ€™t be missed.

      After breakfast at hotel, starts your visit from colourful Nyaung U Market and then Shwezigone, Gubyaukgyi Temple for its mural paintings and Htilominlo Temple, in the afternoon, visit the typical village West Phwar-Saw village to meet the local people. And then, lunch at local village house. Visit by e-bike: visit to the colossal temple โ€œDhammayangyiโ€ and โ€œSulamaniโ€ passing through plantation fields. Then enjoy a beautiful sunset in different view from โ€œPyathadargyiโ€ pagoda that gives also unforgettable scenery.

      In this morning, visit Pindaya cave, natural cave which is home to over eight thousands of Buddha images. And then observe traditional Shan paper and umbrella production. Then, leave for NyaungShwe, the gate entrance of the Lake, famous for its nature and traditional leg-rowers and fishing. On the way, visit to Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery, a teak wood building with oval shaped windows and decorated with mosaics and golden ornaments. And then visit Shwe Yan Pyay Temple with a lot of Buddha statues inside the wall.Then, transfer to your hotel for check-in and refreshment. Then explore the exquisite sights of Inle Lake by boat, visiting floating villages scattered along the lake and floating firms, traditional fishing, traditional art and crafts.

      This morning, starts to explore the exquisite sights of Inle Lake by boat, visiting floating villages scattered along the lake and floating firms, traditional fishing, traditional art and crafts. Visit to a market in a village to observe local products. Visit PhaungDawOo Pagoda and Ngephechaung monastery with its collection of Buddha Images. Famous lotus-weaving in Inn Paw Khone village and other art & crafts workshops in Nampam village. Then, continue the visit to Indein village for promenade along Indein Pagoda complex, standing over one thousand stupa on the hill side by passing Indein canal with scenic beauty.

      Day Trekking along the eastern bank of Inle Lake with local lunch at village

      In the morning, after breakfast, start your trekking towards Eastern part of Inle Lake. Firstly, we are heading to small hillock to HtatEain (about 1 hour) village which has famous for natural lime stone cave and nearby monastery. After that we are going to climb up seven steps hill and Lwekin village (about 15 minutes). The villagers grow cheroot plants, corn and beans to see their daily live in the farms. We also walk pass the small reservoir and the natural spring which make fresh up to everybody. And then, walk along the small street towards Kandaw village for lunch. After around 15 minutes by walking, you will arrive to Lwengun monastery and pass through NyaungPhyu village about 30 minutes. Then, arrive Nanthe village by passing through Phayagyi village and Malatkhot village about 1hour. Transfer to hotel by boat.

      Leave by motorized canoe to go to the south of Inle Lake, has been inaccessible and find the beautiful scenery surrounded by green hills along the route to access to Sagar, who was a princely city Shan from 16 centuries. Visit Sagar Village and Tarkhaung Pagoda Complex. Then, lunch at Sagar. And then continue to Hpekhone Lake where the car will wait for you to go to Loikaw. Visit TaungKwe Pagoda and enjoy sunset over the town.
