When you arrive from Prague, stroll around with your tour guide as you hear stories of this town. Be charmed by the buildings with discernible Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque architectural styles. Learn about the Roลพmberk, Eggenberg and Schwarzenberg noble families as you do so. After exploring the town on your own (and maybe trying some local dishes), head to the ฤŒeskรฝ Krumlov castle to explore its courtyards and gardens. Enter the castle itself, which dates back to the year 1240 and was built by the Witigonen Family, the main branch of the powerful Rosenberg family. The castle also houses the ฤŒeskรฝ Krumlov Baroque Theatre, which is the worldโ€™s most preserved Baroque theater.
