Next, we will learn about the history, origin, qualities and secrets of coffee handling as well as coffee production all the way from ripe coffee cherry to roasted bean. The tour ends at the tasting table, where the long, intense and complex coffee process ends. Nature trails meander through thick and lush cloud forests of moss, lichen, orchids and ferns offering an endless array of panoramic lookout points, waterfalls, and crystalline streams. Some hikes go through coffee plantations and pasture lands while others feature commanding views of Baru Volcano and the valley below. It is not unusual to spot sloth, howler and capuchin monkeys, red-tailed squirrels, and, of course, many varieties of colorful birds including the elusive quetzal. Hikes will be customized according to your shape and wishes but make sure to bring good hiking boots as the forest is humid and can get muddy at times.   โ€ขBreakfast โ€ขHiking in the cloud forest โ€ขCoffee Tour โ€ขCoffee tasting  โ€ขOvernight: Tree Trek or Similar
