Transport in the A/C car or van included. The observation points for bear spotting are accessible only by 4x4 jeeps. Transport provided.

  • Day 1 Day 1: Transport To Osilnica - Afternoon Bear Spotting
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 1: Transport To Osilnica - Afternoon Bear Spotting

      Meeting point in Ljubljana or possible pickups at the hotels. Drive to the upper Kolpa valley. Late afternoon we meet the local hunter who will take us to one of the observation decks for the Brown Bear spotting and photography. Late evening return to hotel. Overnight in Osilnica.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Kolpa Valley - Bear Spotting
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 2: Kolpa Valley - Bear Spotting

      Late morning panoramic drive and walk around the upper canyon of Kolpa valley with amazing viewpoints high above the valley and some nice landscape photography spots. Sunset photography sessions in one of the viewpoints or in case of the previous day no show of the brown bear, we will try our luck again. 

  • Day 3 Day 3: Osilnica - Transport Back To Ljubljana
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 3: Osilnica - Transport Back To Ljubljana

      In the morning we will visit the local bogs and marshes, where Vasja, renowned Macro photographer will have 3 - 4 hour macro photography workshop and lecture how is the best way to capture insects and other macro objects. After lunch, we will evaluate our photographs and in late afternoon we will return to Ljubljana. Official end of the tour.
