      Nassau, capital of The Bahamas and a former stronghold for pirates, is the ultimate cruising destination. See the two sides of the city: an urban hub of music, coffee bars and Michelin-starred restaurants, and a well-preserved treasure of candy-coloured colonial buildings, glamorous settings for two James Bond films, and the former home of the Duke of Windsor, Governor of the Bahamas in the 1940s. Your journey of wonder begins on board Scenic Eclipse. Please book your flight to arrive into Nassau prior to 03:00 PM.

      One of the most scenic locations in The Bahamas, Staniel Cay is known as the gateway to the Exumas. Today Scenic Eclipse will position in the heart of the heavenly marina. Explore the magical island on foot, taking much more than  40 minutes to walk from one end to the other, or swim in the crystalline waters of one of the four golden beaches.Discovery: Enjoy the sapphire blue waters as you explore James Bond Thunderball Grotto on Zodiac, or see the famous Bahamian swimming pigs.

      Welcome to San Salvador Island, one of the smallest inhabited islands in The Bahamas. Scenic Eclipse will dock at Cockburn Town (pronounced ko-burn). Unique in the archipelago, San Salvador is revered for its many sparkling inland lakes, historic monuments and stretches of secluded sandy beaches. Enjoy a day at the beach, in the ocean snorkelling, or paddling in a kayak or by stand up paddleboard.

      Long Island is considered the hidden gem in a country of over 700 heavenly islands. It is easily discovered on foot or by bike. In the charming Clarence Town, climb the 40-foot twin church towers for incredible 360-degree views. Freechoice: City tour: Drive through the settlements on the island, seeing highlights including Hamilton’s Cave and Dean's Blue Hole.Gordan’s Beach: Enjoy a day relaxing at the beach with included beach chairs and umbrellas.

      Providenciales, or Provo, is the hub of tourism in the Turks and Caicos chain. Grace Bay is a regular winner of world’s best beach but Long Bay, Sapodilla Bay, Blue Hills Beach, Pelican Beach and Taylor Bay are also worthy contenders.Discovery: Enjoy the natural beauty of Grand Turk as you kayak to Madison point and explore the coast on foot. Alternatively, choose to swim, snorkel or stand-up paddleboard in the clear waters of the island’s pristine beaches.
