Day 1 Day 1: Welcome To Italy

Day 1: Welcome To Italy

Arrival on own in Milan; whether you arrive at the airport of Linate or Malpensa, you’ll be greeted by a Winedering representative in order to reach the city center of Milan, where you’ll meet with the rest of the group and transfer by van / bus to Azienda Agricola La Raia.

We’ll arrive in the afternoon. After checking in at the Resort La Raia we’ll have a welcome drink and dinner. Overnight stay.
Day 2 Day 2: La Raia And Tenuta Cucco

Day 2: La Raia And Tenuta Cucco

After breakfast, we’ll have a guided tour of Tenuta La Raia, with a tasting inside this beautiful Biodynamic farm in the heart of the Gavi hills of Piedmont, managed by the Rossi Cairo family since 2003.

We will also get to know the Gavi Pisè Biodynamic 2018 with the label created by the artist Claudia Losi. This is the first wine and label which is part of the research project we have been supporting over the last few years.

Then we leave towards Alba, where we’ll have lunch before proceeding in the afternoon for a visit with tasting at Tenuta Cucco. We will have a special tasting accompanied by the discovery of the label of Amedeo Martegani who designed the label of Barolo Serralunga d’Alba 2016. At the end of the tasting we will return to La Raia. Dinner and overnight stay
Day 3 Day 3: Franciacorta And Veneto

Day 3: Franciacorta And Veneto

We leave at 9 am from Tenuta La Raia to head towards Veneto region. Along the way we will make a stop with a visit, tasting and lunch in Franciacorta. This is probably the most famous italian sparkling region, with incredible wineries and a bubbling atmosphere that you’ll perceive in the estate.

After lunch we reach Verona and here we check in at a 4 star hotel in the city center. At 5 pm we have a guided tour of the city, followed by a welcome aperitif and dinner. Overnight.
Day 4 Day 4: Valpolicella

Day 4: Valpolicella

Today we will enjoy a wonderful day discovering Valpolicella. We’ll start in the morning with a visit of a family business company, before moving towards Massimago winery, where we will have the opportunity to have a very special tasting of Amarone DOCG 2013, whose label was designed by the famous Luigi Ontani.

We get back to Verona in the afternoon, dinner and overnight.
Day 5 Day 5: And Now Tuscany

Day 5: And Now Tuscany

We check out at 9am and we go towards Tuscany. Along the way we will stop in Bologna for a guided tour and lunch in a typical osteria. After lunch we will leave for Siena and arrive at Nittardi. Here we will have the opportunity to visit this winery in the heart of Chianti Classico, on the hills on the border between the provinces of Florence and Siena.

Here we will also taste the Chianti Classico Riserva 2017 whose label is designed by Enzo Cucchi. At the end of the visit transfer to Relais Pietrafitta for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6 Day 6: Relax In Tuscany

Day on own to relax in the beautiful small village of Relais Pietrafitta, lunch on own. Dinner at the Relais included. Overnight
Day 7 Day 7: Umbria & Marche

Today we go towards Umbria and we visit Semonte Winery. Here we will make a special visit including the tasting of Spumante Battista Metodo Classico Brut, whose label was designed by Vincenzo Simone. In the afternoon, after the tasting and lunch, we will head towards the Marche region and we will arrive around 5pm in Ascoli Piceno. Here we will check in and then we will have an aperitif and dinner. The aperitif will be enjoyed in the beautiful Cafè Meletti, one of the most histoic Cafès in Italy.
Day 8 Day 8: Marche Discovery

Day 8: Marche Discovery

After a guided tour of Ascoli Piceno, we’ll go to visit the beautiful Tenuta Cocci Grifoni Estate for a special wine tasting and lunch experience with Nonna. This is the real italian experience.. In the afternoon back to the hotel and relax. Dinner on own.
Day 9 Day 9: Tenuta I Fauri & Rome

Day 9: Tenuta I Fauri & Rome

Todat, after breakfast, we reach Tenuta i Fauri, a beautiful winery located in Abruzzo, in the heart of Chieti, among the hills that descend from Maiella towards the Adriatic Sea. Here Elena Mazzi designed the label for the Abruzzo DOC Pecorino 2020. We will have a tasting and lunch before heading back to Rome, where our wonderful journey together ends before leaving tomorrow!
