  • Day 1 Day 1: In Lima

      Upon your arrival in Lima, our guide will  be waiting for you at the airport to assist you with your luggage. Then, he will drive you to the hotel for check in where you can rest from flights.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Lima City Tour

      AM or PM

      Pick up from the hotel. Half day City Tour of modern and colonial Lima, declared a UNESCO world heritage site in 1991. Shared tour in an air-conditioned bus with a bilingual guide. The tour includes a visit to the Cathedral and its Catacombs. You will also explore the Convent and Church of San Francisco, with its exquisitely carved chorus, a library of ancient manuscripts, and the main cloister, decorated floor-to-ceiling in Sevillian tiles. The adjoining halls are lined with beautiful religious paintings.

      Then, you will descend beneath the ancient church into the world-famous catacombs, a subterranean crypt from the colonial period, where the bones of 25,000 entombed colonial-era Lima residents are decoratively displayed. You will also visit the Main Square, and the residential areas of San Isidro and Miraflores. Return to your hotel.

      After breakfast, flight to Cusco (booked on your own), reception, and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day at leisure to acclimatize to the altitude. Overnight in Cusco

      Day 4: Cusco City Tour

      AM or PM guided shared tour. Today you will explore the cityโ€™s downtown main attractions and the four ruins nearby and discover this magical city, the capital of the Incan Empire. We will begin visiting the Koricancha, a wonderful Ceremonial construction built during the Incas heydays. Afterwards we will visit the Cathedral of Cusco. At the Cathedral visitors may see beautiful old paintings, including the famous painting of the Last Supper. Later on, we will drive towards the Inca building Sacsayhuaman. Here we will walk through huge Inca walls, built with massive rocks weighing up to 130 tons, well fitted, with absolute perfection. Then, we will move onto another important Inca site known as Qenqo, a strange place with subterranean passages, hiding in its interior perfectly carved stones where the Incas probably mummify their dead.       Full-day excursion to Urubamba, the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Visit the village of Pisac, founded during Colonial times. On Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays the Indians barter their products, and artisans from all over the area sell their woven alpaca wool blankets and ponchos, engraved gourds, antique

      reproductions and jewelry. On Sundays, it is also the meeting place for the local Mayors

      of the region, who come dressed in their traditional costumes, to attend morning mass. After  lunch, a visit to Ollantaytambo, the only Inca town which is still inhabited.

  • Day 6 Day 6: Cusco - Machu Picchu โ€“ Cusco

      Day 6: Cusco - Machu Picchu โ€“ Cusco

      Early morning transfer to the Train station to catch the train to Aguas Calientes โ€“ Machu Picchu. Arrival in Aguas Calientes, reception and transfer to the bus station to go up to the Machu Picchu Citadel on a 30 minutes ride. Upon arrival, guided visit of the most spectacular ancient city in the world. This fabulous city contains houses, temples, warehouses, a large central square; all connected by narrow roads and steps that are surrounded by terraces cut into the mountainside. After the tour, free time to enjoy this spiritual wonder. Lunch in Aguas Calientes.

      Return in the afternoon by train to Cusco and transfer to your hotel.

  • Day 8 Day 8: Guayaquil - Santa Cruz

      Day 8: Guayaquil - Santa Cruz

      Breakfast. Transfer to Guayaquil airport to take your flight to Baltra airport in Galapagos (booked on your own).

      Arrive at Baltra Airport. Reception and transfer. Ferry crossing to Santa Cruz Island (10 min- ride). Arrive in Santa Cruz Island. Stop in highlands of Santa Cruz where you will visit a Giant Tortoise Reserve for an easy hike to observe to Giant Tortoises in their natural habitat. Transfer to the hotel and check-in. In the afternoon visit to The Charles Darwin Research Station where youโ€™ll learn by first hand, the conservation and research efforts in the Galapagos Islands. See the tortoise hatchlings and breeding programs that are saving several races of tortoises from extinction. Also, the opportunity to see the giant Galapagos tortoises (private tour). Overnight in Puerto Ayora.

  • Day 9 Day 9: Sailing Day Tour

      Breakfast. Transfer to the pier to take the boat for a shared daily tour to Seymour, Plazas Island, Isabela or Santa Fe (according to availability). In the afternoon transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Puerto Ayora.

  • Day 10 Day 10: Santa Cruz Island / Bay Tour

      Day 10: Santa Cruz Island / Bay Tour

      After breakfast, weยดll take the boat for a visit to Santa Cruz Islandยดs bay. The tour takes around 3 hours and a half. Starting from the main pier of Puerto Ayora, the boat will take us to "Loberรญa," so named for the large seal colony where is snorkeling is possible not far from this amazing mammals. It is a very special place to see a variety of colors of fish. Weยดll also visit Punta Estrada,

      SharksยดChannel, Playa de los Perros, and Grietas. During the visit we may find species like white tip Sharks, sea tortoises, marine iguanas, crabs, pelicans, and some other marine birds. At the end of the excursion, weยดll getting back to the pier. Afternoon at leisure.
