Guide

All tours and transfers as per the itinerary will be conducted in a private vehicle accompanied by an English-speaking guide. For groups larger than six people, an accompanying tour guide will be provided for the entire group. Accommodations for the additional guide will be arranged separately.

It is strictly as per the programme, any extra running will be charges extra. โ€ข Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay / cancellation / hike in fare, strike or any other natural calamities or any emergency evacuation expenses. โ€ข In case of cancellation or non-utilization of any service (transportation, hotels accommodation (part / full), permits, any complementary ride at Khalsar Dunes etc.) because of any reason (ill health, flight delay / cancellation / hike in fare, strike / road block / bad weather or any other natural calamities) there will be no refund for the unutilized service.   • Day 1 Arrival In Leh

      Arrival In Leh

      Upon arrival in Leh and completing customs formalities, meet our MTA Representative outside the exit gate of the International Airport, holding a placard with your name. You will be transferred to the hotel for check-in. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Leh.

  • Day 2 Leh Sightseeing

      Leh Sightseeing

      After breakfast, visit Thiksey Monastery, a significant study center for monks, followed by Hemis Monastery, known for its extensive collection of sacred texts and the largest Tanka of Ladakh. Enjoy a photographic stop at Shey Monastery. In the afternoon, visit Spituk and Phyang Monasteries, both renowned for their collections of bronzes, ancient paintings, and tantric rooms. Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Leh.

      After breakfast, transfer to Nubra Valley via the spectacular Khardung La Pass at 5,602 meters above sea level. In the afternoon, visit the Samstaling and Diskit Monasteries. Optionally, enjoy a sunset walk on the sand dunes with a Bactrian camel safari. Dinner and an overnight stay in Nubra.

      In the morning, return to Leh. In the afternoon, visit Shanti Stupa for a panoramic view of the valley, followed by free time to explore the Leh Bazaar. Optionally, visit Sankar Gompa. Dinner and an over-night stay in Leh.

      After breakfast, depart for Pangong Lake via Chang La Pass at 17,350 feet, the third-highest motorable road in the world. Upon arrival at the camp, enjoy a hot lunch. Spend the afternoon at leisure, witnessing the lakeโ€™s changing colors and the sunset on its banks. Dinner and an overnight stay at Pangong.

      In the morning, visit Lamayuru Monastery, the oldest Gompa in Ladakh, set in a valley that resembles a lunar landscape. Continue to Kargil with a return stop in Uleytokpo. Upon arrival in Kargil, check in, have dinner, and overnight stay.
