      Soak in the Mediterranean spirit as you discover Larnaca on foot. The city will open up to you from its vibrant side as you stroll the Finikoudes Promenade down to the Larnaca Castle. You will contemplate the statues of Zeno, the founder of the Stoic school of Philosophy, and the famous Athenian strategist Kimo. Not far from the medieval castle, the Winged Lion of Venice will greet you with its paw atop an open book. You will immerse in history by exploring the Pierides Museum with its objects dating back as far as 4000 BC, and the picturesque Faneromeni Church. But the true highlight of your journey into the past will be the visit of the Saint Lazarus Church. People believe it was built upon the final resting place of the famous Biblical character who had been resurrected.

      Discover the must-see historical landmarks and immerse in the bustling atmosphere of the new city of Limassol. Limassol is only second to the capital Nicosia by size. And it has a lot to offer in terms of exploration and leisure. First off, you will travel to the archaeological site of Amanthous, a city founded in 1100 BC and later named a UNESCO Heritage Site. As you amble between the remains of the Temple of Aphrodite and early Christian basilicas, contemplate the story of Theseus. The ancient hero is believed to have left the pregnant Ariadne to be taken care of in Amanthus after he defeated the Minotaur. Your next destination will be the Medieval Limassol Castle. Erected by the French in the 12th century and rebuilt by Ottomans four centuries later, its fortifications have seen their fair share of history. You will step inside and marvel at the interiors where Richard the Lionheart held a lavish celebration of his marriage to Berengaria of Navarre. After the dive into history, you will take a stroll along the lively marina that lies to the west of the Castle. The tour will continue to one of the most beautiful Mediterranean parks, Promenade Molos, and Limassol Agora offering unique gastronomic and shopping opportunities.

      The village of Ayia Napa takes its name from a monastery around which it has grown. Legend has it that the monastery was founded with a cave at its heart, where a hunter discovered an icon of the Virgin Mary. There, you will contemplate the Mediterranean Medieval architecture, look in the quaint eyes of Saints painted on icons and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The journey will continue to the Sculpture Park. Hundreds of sculptures created by more than a hundred artists from all around the globe await you. After marveling at all the artwork, you will go on to discover nature untouched at the national park of Cape Greco. You will see the key migration site for thousands of birds, where they stop off to recharge during their journeys. The Cape will present you a splendid photo opportunity at its sea caves and at the Love Bridge, naturally created by the wind, sea and rain. Finally, you will have a chance to sunbathe, swim and maybe even dance at the famous Nissi Beach. The beach is popular with clubbers, attracted by live radio programs transmitted from the beach.
