Moon Garden Homestay is a small resort located in outskirt of Hanoi โ Ky Son Village, Xuan Son commune, Son Tay district, Hanoi, Vietnam. It takes about one and a half hour moving by shuttle bus from center of Hanoi to this peaceful area. Visiting Moon Garden homestay, tourist will have chance to discover beauty of nature and local culture.
Like a miniature village, Moon Garden homestay has the traditional ancient houses, houses on stilts, a Moon Garden hall, a large garden, a pond and a lake. Individual houses are named with the charming names such as Mango House, Pomelo House, Frangipani House and Guava House. The houses are designed in a traditional architectural style with a living room and two bedrooms except Guava house which houses one bedroom and bathroom.
Coming to Moon Garden homestay, it is a wonderful chance for tourist to enjoy many activities that give them a deeply touch to authentic Vietnam. After nearly two hours coming to Moon Garden, tourist will be welcomed by a cup of green tea to refresh themselves. Taking part in a cooking class is a very interesting activity after a short. The cooking class here teaches you how to cook traditional dishes of Vietnam such as spring rolls among other dishes. After the class, you will be conferred a certificate of learning cooking class in Moon Garden homestay.ย
Biking is another highlight of the Moon Garden homestay. Tourist will ride bike through the village, pass through the small paths to see the green field, visit the temple and pagoda, come to kinder garden to see the local children and melt your souls into peaceful nature. Tourist even have chance to working on the farm as a true farmer: grass cutting, harvesting, picking cucumber, fishing and so on.
After some activities, hand spa and steam bath with fragrant herbs like lemon grass, pomelo leaves, holy basil leaves are served to help the guest relax after a full of activities day. In the morning, the guest will join to Yijinjing โ a traditional exercise is a very good for health, in the late afternoon is Buddha worship ceremony.ย
