      On this full day trip, youโ€™ll get to know Sรฃo Vicente through the eyes of a local. Our guide will take you to the places that form the soul of the island. The guide will tell you a lot about life in Cape Verde and what โ€œMorabezaโ€ and โ€œSodadeโ€ mean. They will tell you fun facts about Cape Verdean culture, their own life stories and the history of the country. Cape Verdeans are an open population, proud of their country and happy to share it with travelers. Monte Verde, the highest mountain on Sao Vicente The tour leaves the lively city of Mindelo behind and takes you to the main highlights of the island. The roads meander through the rugged lunar landscapes over hilltops and past extinct volcanoes. You visit several colorful fishing villages where you get a glimpse of daily life on the streets. You climb Monte Verde, the highest mountain with panoramic views of the island where a local makes home-brewed liquor and tea. Lunch is included and provided at a restaurant near the beach in the village of Calhau. Free time is provided for swimming or relaxing on the waterfront in the village Baia das Gatas. End the tour at 2 great viewpoints in Mindelo city. Be dropped at your Hotel for dinner and Overnight.

      After breakfast, the local guide takes you along the most important places in Mindelo. This city tour is an ideal first introduction to the city. You will go to a beautiful roof terrace. Here you will enjoy a degustation of Cape Verdean products including goat cheese, papaya jam and couscous.
      Later, proceed to Snorkeling among sea turtles in their natural habitat is a magical experience. Use this unique opportunity to discover the ocean together with these historic animals. Sao Vicente is the only Cape Verde Island where you can swim with turtles in the ocean. With a local fishing boat you depart from the beautiful beach of Sao Pedro. After a short ride, youโ€™ll soon see the first heads emerge. Take a few pictures and get ready to jump into the water. The guide will go into the water and show you how the turtles swim gracefully around you.Back at your Hotel for dinner and Overnight.

      The guide will take you to the pottery, a small school, the rehabilitation center, the workshop of a famous guitarist and the lively neighborhood of Monte Sossego. To stay in Cape Verdean vibes, youโ€™ll have Cachupa, the national bean and corn dish for lunch at a local bar. At noon you wii board a ferry to San Antao. Arrive late in the evening and be transfer to your accommodation in San Antao. Check at the hotel for relaxation and freshening up.

      During this full day tour you will get to know the most beautiful places of Santo Antรฃo. Unspoiled by mass tourism, super friendly locals, villages in special places and an oasis of peace deep in the hidden valleys. Soon you will understand why Santo Antรฃo is called the most beautiful island of Cape Verde! The guide is a local expert who will tell you special stories about the Cape Verdean way of living in the mountains. With a minivan you will brave spectacular valleys and steep cliffs. Local houses in the capital Ribeira Grande During this day discover the contrast in nature on Santo Antรฃo. The green Paul valley with special flora and fauna, the pine forests around the highest mountain at Pico da cruz, the cosy fishing village Ponta do Sol, the old mountain road between 2 valleys, jagged rocks by the sea, the famous Cova volcano crater of Paul and the colorful capital Ribeira grande full of wall paintings. Lunch is included and provided in a local B&B with a musical background. Dinner and Overnight at your hotel in San Antao.

      Wake up to the last views of the San Antao beautiful island. Check-out the hotel for a transfer to the port for a ferry transfer to San Vincie to continue with your onwards flight.
