  • Day 1 Day 1: Tra Vinh

      Day 1: Tra Vinh

      Ben Tre and Tra vinh is divided by the Co Chien River. Both of provinces are closed each other but scenery and the ways of earning a living are quiet difference. Growing rice is in Tra Vinh and planning coconut is in Ben Tre. After you are picked up hotel then we spend an hour on driving on A/C van/bus to countryside, Long An town. In the morning countryside biking takes you along scenic paths across through picturesque of old villages, rice paddies, dragon fruit and vegetable plantation. We will top for lunch in My Tho city. In the afternoon, the ride will start in rural village of Mo Cay. Your guide will choose shady pathways to cycle through jungle like plantations on smaller foot paths of bananaโ€™s coconuts. There will be many stop for photo taken and fruit enjoyed at local market.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Bac Lieu

      Day 2: Bac Lieu

      Tra Vinh and Soc Trang have pleasant country cycling routes. There is a big population of Khmer people living here as their homeland. Today, you could explore not only daily lives of them but also learning ancient history and culture. We start our cycling adventure after 10 minutes transfer from hotel. All are smooth concrete paths through rural villages allows you to discover, to experience life styles and daily activities of not only Khmer but also Chinese. We will spend a morning on biking from Tra Vinh to Cau Quan via small town of Tieu Can. We travel across rice paddies, along canals and villages of Khmer, passing a hand of colorful temples, tiny thatch houses before we continue biking to Cau Quan Dist. Stopping at local restaurant in rural area for lunch. After two ferry crossing Mekong Lower River through Dai Ngai Island, we continue relaxing on private A/C to rural villages of Soc Trang. Your guide will lead you riding on small country back road this will allows you to leave big city behind and riding deeply into remote rural villages. These unique routes give you a pleasure ride, passing shrimp and fish farms through villages, pedaling with kids going back from school, ride along rivers to Vinh Chau. Depending on time and your cycling ability, your guide will figure out the plan and stop to ride for a transfer to Bac Lieu. Other ways, you could continue cycling as itโ€™s planned.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Rach Gia

      Day 3: Rach Gia

      Vi Thanh is knows as a new town after the government divided Hau Giang into 2 provinces. One is Can Tho and other is Vi Thanh province where we ride  to in the morning. It is almost none-touristy city and very new to tourists. The highlight of todayโ€™ cycling is to explore a network of natural creeks through removed villages and rice paddy fields and small local floating markets on your way cycling to Vi Thanh. In the afternoon, to avoid heavy traffic in city Vi Thanh city, we will relax 30 minutes on A/C van to outskirts to continue afternoon ride. We cycle on small asphalt countryside roads, through huge rice fields, timber and rice husking mills tiny villages along river, and share space with locals on small ferries across rivers. Then we get on van/bus to Rach Gia city.

  • Day 4 Day 4: Chau Doc

      Day 4: Chau Doc

      After your breakfast at hotel, enjoy a 30 minute transfers by A/C vehicle to Soc Xoai rural District to begin a morning ride. We pedal on path, single track across villages and wild grass fields, cajuput forest, pedaling along river as you racing with local cargo boats. Then we follow a single track along eucalyptus field to mountain to which is near Tri Ton. Passing some pagodas through palm trees closed to mountain. Stop for lunch in Tri Ton before we carry on our cycling adventure on single track, dirt country back road to Tra Su; cycling pass many colorful pagodas, Khmer temples and palm gardens, pedal along agricultural system to Tra Su. It is about 800,000-hectare forest is home to an astounding number of wading birds. Rainy season is the best time of breeding. You will have sampan boat paddled and motor boat rode long narrow channels, through the gnarled and green sunken forest. Relax on A/C vehicle driving to Chau Doc.

  • Day 5 Day 5: Cao Lanh

      Day 5: Cao Lanh

      Enjoy an hour motorized boat to catfish farms and floating village before you discover the lowland of Dong Thap province. You will mingle with children on bike on rural road through villages of house on stilts. Ride on dirt track to Cho Moi, pedal past Hoa Hao Buddhism holy temple. On your afternoon cycle, we ride to the Monastery, which was built 120 years ago by the French. The first monastery building site was established in 1874 in Indochina. Then we will explore Gieng Islet; enjoy cycling on smooth country back roads, stopping at local markets, fruit garden before we get on small ferry to Cao rural Dist of Cao Lanh. From here we will have a cycle leisurely through the countryside by Mekong River, passing mango orchards sometime. Todayโ€™s ride will end up at urban Dist before we have a transfer to Cao Lanh city by our support vehicles.

  • Day 6 Day 6: Can Tho

      Day 6: Can Tho

      Cao Lanh is new town after 1975 but there were many camps and bases of Viet Cong during Vietnam war. Yearly flooded season happened from late of Sep to early Nov so Water occupied farmlands. Sadec is the old town and built by French and it become to know to tourists since the movie "The Lover"had published. It was the love story of Marguerite Duras when she felt in love with local man before 1932. You can see difference between new and old. The drowsy former capital of Dong Thap province, Sadec is a comparatively peaceful city of tree-lined streets and fading colonial villas. Your guide will lead you cycling beautiful route through flowery villages, flower plantation and will have lunch at the ancient house of Huynh Thuy Le. In this afternoon, cycling adventure through the countryside will bring you up close and personal with friendly local people, their unique culture and beautiful villages all the way to Can Tho.

  • Day 7 Day 7: Ho Chi Minh City

      Day 7: Ho Chi Minh City

      The highlight site you are going to see is colorful Cai Rang floating market in action. There are plenty of wooden boats from neighbor provinces coming here to do business while locals from villages nearby coming to market by small boat to buy and sell all different farm products. Itโ€™s the best time to locals coming here to do business; people try to bargain over the price, to do purchasing from boat to boat. Itโ€™s very easy to recognize what kinds of products to be sold on their boats. Then, a transfer by vehicle takes you to Binh Minhโ€™ countryside to enjoy a half-day ride to Vinh Long. Stop at nice restaurant for lunch on the way driving back to Ho Chi Minh.
