  • Day 1 Nuuk (Greenland)

      Nuuk (Greenland)

      Welcome to the capital of Greenland!

      Arrival in Nuuk and private transfer to the hotel (included).

      Rest of the day at leisure. Nuuk is a city of vitality, surrounded by immense nature and filled with vibrant Greenlanders leading fascinating lives of old traditions, modern twists, and diverse influences.

  • Day 2 Nuuk
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Breakfast in the hotel.

      Today you will join a 3-hour puffin safari by boat to an island near Nuuk, where you can see a colony of Puffins also known as Sea parrots as well as Razorbills (a type of auk) in their 

      natural habitat.

      These unique birds have colorful beaks and have been a favorite theme in Greenlandic art for a long time. The crew will be very careful not to get too close and move slowly as not to disturb the birds nesting and trying to hatch their eggs.

      Later in the afternoon, you can also choose one of theoptional activities below:

      - Whale safari

      - Helicopter tour

  • Day 3 Nuuk -> Ilulissat

      Nuuk -> Ilulissat

      Breakfast in the hotel.

      In the morning, visit the Nuuk Art Museum, which consists of an impressive collection of Greenlandic art and crafts from the beginning of the 20th century with approximately 300 paintings and 400 Greenlandic figurines.Afternoon at leisure for relaxing or shopping.

      In the evening, you will board on a 3-day cruise to Illulisat. 

      Private transfer to the cruise port included.

      For the locals, MS Sarfaq Ittuk is a lifeline to family and a pleasant break while traveling. For the tourists, Sarfaq Ittuk is a chance to see some of the most beautiful places in the world cruising between Icebergs and enjoying breathtaking views and stopping by all the main towns. 

      You will have the chance to stop and see multiple places, such as Maniitsoq, Kangaamiut, Sisimiut, Aasiaat, Qeqertarsuaq.

  • Day 5 Arrival In Ilulissat

      Arrival In Ilulissat

      Early arrival in Ilulissat.

      Private transfer to the hotel included. 

      Morning at leisure to explore Ilulissat on your own or participate on some optional activities (guided in English):

      In the afternoon enjoy a guided city walk of Ilulissat (about 2 hours). Ilulissat was founded in 1741 and today is the third largest city in Greenland with over 4500 inhabitants. Ilulissat means Iceberg. The guide will comment on the history of the city, Greenlandic culture and daily life 300km north of the Arctic Circle.

      In the evening, we will have the chance to cruise between the icebergs, this time with a smaller boat and we will also experience the beautiful Midnight Sun of Greenland.
