      Wake up in "the blue city" and after breakfast continue the trip to Boulaajoul, a journey of approximately 6 hours.

      During the road, find beautiful and big cedar forests. After 4 and a half hours of the path, pass by Ifrane, also known as Ifran but even more as "the little Moroccan Swiss" with its sloping roofs of tiles, parks and wide avenues that make you feel in the Alps.

      The city is very quiet, you find not much traffic, dazzling gardens and the University Al Akhauayn, one of the most important in the whole country.

      Together with a local guide, get to know the oldest imperial city in Morocco, considered the religious and cultural center of the country.

      During the tour, you may visit Fes el-Bali, the oldest part of the city declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and discover the Jewish quarter in the Medina of Fes. Visit Bab Boujeloud, the Blue Gate and the Medersa Bou Inania, a Koranic school with carved wooden walls.

      Visit the famous fountains of Fez and the Souks, the traditional Arab market, where you can find an infinity of spices and dried fruits. On the Place Seffarine, you also get into the culture, where you find the craftsmen who produce pans and trays.

      Feel the characteristic smell of the Chouwara Tannery, a place full of pits with different inks used for the coloring of the leather, undoubtedly one of the most emblematic places of Fes.
