  • Day 1 Welcome To Manaus - First Night In The City

      Welcome To Manaus - First Night In The City

      once you arrive at Manaus airport a driver will be waiting for you inside the arrivals area, you will recognize him because he will have a sign with your name.

      he will accompany you to check in at your hotel

      Pick up hotel in Manaus, transfers to the lodge.


      TRANSPORTATION: Transportation alternates between vans and speedboats with all safety conditions as follows:

      PART 1: 7:00 am departure from the hotel in Manaus to the Ceasa Port (20/30 min) by vehicle

      PART 2: Departure from the Ceasa Port to Vila do Careiro by speedboat via Encontro das รguas โ€“ with a stop for explanation and photos (30 min).

      PART 3: Careiro to the Tupana River by vehicle. During this trip we will have the opportunity to observe and photograph giant water lilies (2:20h โ€“ Highway BR 319).

      PART 4: Tupana River to the Amazon Tupana Lodge. Motorized canoe (20 min).

      Departure in motorized canoe to recognize the region.

      Dinner.


      After dinner tour in a motorized canoe to observe nocturnal animals, not forgetting that the main attraction is the alligator spotting.

      โ€ข Regular Transfer Manaus (7:00 am) to Amazon Tupana โ€“ (Departure from Manaus will only be at 7:00 am. Reservations arriving at different times will be charged.

      โ€ข Regular Transfer Amazon Tupana (1:30 pm) to Manaus โ€“ (We offer a morning departure from the lodge, at 8:00 am for flights departing from 2:30 pm/4:30 pm โ€“ this departure time is fixed and without any changes directly to the airport.

      โ€ข Full board (Breakfast, lunch and dinner).

      โ€ข Mineral water available served at the water fountain.

      โ€ข Programs described in the packages, accompanied by a non-private bilingual guide in the following languages โ€‹โ€‹(Portuguese, English, Italian, French or Spanish).

      GENERAL OBSERVATIONS

      โ€ข Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when booking; we do not have a special menu for vegans (do not consume fish, meat, poultry, eggs or dairy products) or those with lactose intolerance.

      โ€ข The Lodgeโ€™s electricity supply is 110V, obtained through the use of a diesel generator at the following times: From 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm / From 6:00 pm to 7:30 am.

      โ€ข The Lodge does not have telephone/cell phone coverage or Internet. At the Reception we have a satellite cell phone that guests can use in common to send and receive MSN messages using WhatsApp.

      โ€ข Long pants, tennis socks or boots are mandatory for the hiking tour and overnight stay in the jungle; without these clothes the client will not be able to make this program

      โ€ข Recommended luggage limit: 15 kg per person. Extra luggage can be left at the base in Manus โ€“ (Inform the driver on the day of pick up or at the time of booking).

      โ€ข Expenses at the bar only in CASH/CASH directly at the lodge โ€“ we do not accept cards or checks in the jungle.

      Canoe ride for sunrise, bird watching and pink dolphins.

      Depart in a motorized canoe to visit the home of the natives, where we can learn a little about their culture and customs.

      Departure for overnight in the jungle - during the walk to the chosen point for the camp, theoretical survival instructions will be given (how to obtain water, food, first aid, etc.). Overnight stay in hammocks with musketeers.

      Go out in a rowing canoe, as the riverside people do, to contemplate nature between the igapรณs (only possible during periods of flood) and the igarapรฉs.

      Time To Leave

      After the extraordinary impressions of one of the truly most beautiful and vibrant countries on earth, take your flight home today if you conclude your individual tour of Brazil at this point. After breakfast at the hotel you will be transferred to the airport. Surely your eyes will close on the return flight, but maybe you can use the time to look at the many photos of the holidays on the plane and relive the unforgettable days in Brazil!
