  • Day 1 Edinburgh

      Arrival at the airport in Edinburgh. You will be transferred to your hotel in Edinburgh. The rest of the day is free for you to start your exploration of Scotlandโ€™s capital city.

      In the evening, take one of the Edinburghโ€™ghost tours ($) or opt for a dinner in one of the many pubs to try some Haggis, the local specialty paired with a glass of Scotch.

  • Day 2 Edinburgh

      Following breakfast, make your way toward a pick-up point of the Hop-on Hop-off Scotland tour on a double-decker bus. The historical, intellectual, and artistic capital of Scotland, Edinburgh is one of the most fascinating cities in the world. You will fall under the spell of the arches and alleys of the medieval quarter in the heart of the Royal Mile with its famous Castle. If you are up for a walk, take the opportunity to see a fabulous view of the city from Arthurโ€™s seat.

      Evening at leisure or, for whisky connoisseurs, opt for a 3-course dinner with 2 whisky pairings ($). (Breakfast) 

  • Day 3 Edinburgh - Dunkeld - Loch Ness - Inverness

      Edinburgh - Dunkeld - Loch Ness - Inverness

      After breakfast, pick up at your hotel to join the starting point of the tour. You will meet your group and head north over the Firth of Forth to the charming highland village of Dunkeld.

      After stopping in Dunkeld, you will head to Cairngorms, the largest national park of the United Kingdom, and will discover the most treasured area of the park: the ancient pine forests of the Rothiemurchus estate. If time allows, youโ€™ll take a short forest walk after lunch where youโ€™ll explore the ruins of Loch an Eilein castle. As you travel down to the banks of the famous loch, you will enjoy panoramic views of Loch Ness, where you can do some โ€œNessieโ€ spotting! Continuation towards Inverness, the hub of the Highlands, where you will spend two nights. (Breakfast) 

  • Day 4 Inverness - Ardvreck Castle - Achmelvich Bay - Inverness

      Today, explore the far northwest Highlands and the mountains of Assynt! This area is famous for being the first crofting area to be bought by the local crofters, the Assynt Croftersโ€™ Trust.

      Youโ€™re immersed in the history of the area and visit the 15th-century ruins of Ardvreck Castle, once the stronghold of the MacLeods of Assynt. The day is full of amazing views of some of Europeโ€™s oldest landscapes, the stunning white sand beach at Achmelvich Bay, and the traditional fishing village of Lochinver. Overnight in Inverness. (Breakfast) 

  • Day 5 Inverness - Beachlach Na Ba Road - Plockton - Isle Of Skye

      Inverness - Beachlach Na Ba Road - Plockton - Isle Of Skye

      Breakfast at your hotel. Head south to the River Dromaโ€™s 200 feet plunge into the Corrieshalloch Gorge. From there, you will travel past the mountains of the Beinn Eighe nature reserve and along the picturesque coastline of Loch Torridon. After the lunch stop in Applecross village, you will take one of Scotlandโ€™s highest and most exhilarating roads: Bealach na Ba.

      In the afternoon, stop in the picturesque village of Plockton, where you can see palm trees growing alongside Loch Carron, flower gardens, and breathtaking landscapes. Continue to the famous Isle of Skye and the delightful town of Fort William, where you will spend two nights. (Breakfast) 

  • Day 6 Isle Of Skye

      Isle Of Skye

      The Isle of Skye is known for its outstanding scenery that will take your breath away. Today, your driver-guide will take you on a unique route that suits the weather, the local events, and your groupโ€™s interests. You can travel to Neist Point Lighthouse or up north to the Trotternish Ridge and beyond. There you will find the geological wonders like Old Man of Storr, Kilt Rock, and the stunning mountain pass of the Quiraing. The guide may also take you back in time and teach you about the legends and clan culture surrounding the 13th-century home of the Clan MacLeod, Dunvegan Castle. Overnight in Fort William. (Breakfast) 

  • Day 7 Isle Of Skye - Fort William - Glencoe - Edinburgh

      Isle Of Skye - Fort William - Glencoe - Edinburgh

      After breakfast, you will venture south from Skye and visit the iconic Scottish monument, Eilean Donan Castle.

      Continuing east through the rugged mountains of Kintail, you will drive down through Glen Garry past Britainโ€™s highest mountain, Ben Nevis, and onto Fort William for lunch.

      In the afternoon, explore the spectacular Glencoe, the scene of the infamous massacre of the Clan Macdonald in 1692 before heading back to Edinburgh. Upon arrival in Edinburgh, around 7 PM, transfer to your hotel, rest of the evening at leisure. (Breakfast) 

  • Day 8 Edinburgh

      Edinburgh

      Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure to continue your discovery of Edinburgh or take the opportunity to visit the vibrant city of Glasgow, the journey by train is less than an hour and half.

      You can also opt for an optional tour to St Andrews, a medieval town home to Britainโ€™s third oldest university with breathtaking medieval ruins ($). (Breakfast)

  • Day 9 Edinburgh
