In Costa Rica, there's a dry season and a rainy season. The dry season goes from December to May, and the rainy season from May to November.

Where does the experience begin? Will you pick me up at the airport or hotel?

We will pick you up at the airport upon arrival the day your experience begins; your guide will be waiting for you at the airport to take you to your hotel.

What type of currency do you suggest me to take? Where can I do the exchange?

We suggest you to take dollars and exchange them at the airport or exchange houses to the official currency in Costa Rica which is the "colón costarricense"

The minimum age required for this experience is 12 years. The price is the same as for adult

You need to have a complete travel insurance that covers any inconvenience such as delayed or cancelled flights, as well as it is recommended to have an insurance for higher medical expenses in case there's an emergency.

What happens if I'm traveling by myself?

If you are traveling by yourself and don't want to share a room with any other solo traveler, you can ask for an individual supplement, you'll find the the fee and details on "extras".

Within what schedule will the tour finish on the last day?

The last day is only for transfer to the airport after breakfast.

After your landing, a representative will be waiting for you at the airport to accompany you during your private transfer to your hotel. You are free to explore San Jose and experience the lively, cultural city.

Day 2 Rafting in Pacuare River- Arenal Volcano Area

After the transfer from your hotel to Siquirres, you have a typical breakfast called "Gallo Pinto".
Then unleash your adventurous side and prepare yourself for a day filled with exhilaration because you are white water rafting down one of the top ten rivers in the world, the Pacuare River. Before you start, you listen to the safety instructions, and get the necessary equipment. Halfway you stop to get lunch, and then continue on this amazing activity.
After the tour, when your adrenaline is starting to dissipate, you are transferred to Arenal Volcano area to spend the rest of the day as you would like.

You are introduced to a new and upcoming adventure sport called canyoning, where you will rappel down canyon walls in unison with the powerful waterfalls surrounding you until you reach the bottom.
You get a well-deserved lunch and return to the hotel.
Late afternoon, keep your eyes sharp as you absorb the breathtaking flora and fauna on your nature walk with your guide throughout the Arenal Volcano National Park. At night you recharge your energy and relax in natural hot springs warmed by the volcanic activity.

After resting a bit at the hotel, you are picked up in the afternoon, to ride gentle horses, admiring different landscapes throughout the inspirational Cloud Forest, one of the few that still remain in this world.
