As your plane approaches the United Arab Emirates, you can already see the gigantic skyscrapers from above. As soon as the plane touches down, it’s off to your accommodation.
Into lively Dubai - and it’s simply overwhelming! You feel like you’re in another world - the imposing buildings, one taller than the next, the fancy cars and the omnipresent luxury! Stroll along "The Walk" and get an overview. Must see: of course the famous Palm Jumeirah, the artificial palm-shaped island with luxury hotels, restaurants and long sandy beaches.

Day 2: Contrasting Program: On The Trail Of The Past

New day, new adventures: want to trace Dubai’s past? In the north of the city lies the Al Fahidi district, which, like an open-air museum with its historic buildings, gives you a sense of what it may have looked like in ancient Arabia before the days of oil. The mighty fortress tower of the fort of the same name rises imposingly between the houses and marks the entrance to the Dubai Museum. As you stroll along the mud houses, it’s hard to imagine that these corners belong to the same city that you previously only associated with glass skyscrapers. If you change sides of the Dubai Creek by boat (optional, payable on site), you will reach the lively Deira district. Let yourself drift through the colorful souks - from the largest gold bazaar, the Gold Souk, to the Spice Souk with exotic-smelling spices and the fish market, you will find everything here that makes up the colorful life of Dubai.

Day 3: Skyscrapers &Amp; Water Show: A Day Full Of Discoveries

A stroll through the Miracle Garden is the perfect way to start the day. Sculptures of all shapes and sizes come to life in over 70,000 square meters of colourful flowers. Continue on to the Burj al Arab, one of the tallest luxury hotels in the world. No less spectacular: the largest shopping mall in the world! In addition to around 1200 stores, there are many other highlights to discover: huge aquariums with glass tunnels, a chamber of horrors, an ice skating rink and a dinosaur skeleton! Just around the corner you will come across the city’s landmark: Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. Viewing platforms with spectacular views await you on floors 124, 125 and 148 (optional, bookable online). In the evening, there is of course one thing you can’t miss: the famous Dubai Fountain water show. From the terrace of the Apple Store on the second floor of the Dubai Mall, you have the best view of the show!

How about a delicious lunch in one of the many restaurants (optional, payable on site)? Sit back and enjoy the beautiful, almost royal view of the city skyline.
With the day fully savored, it’s time to turn your back on Dubai and head to the airport. Where are you spending the night tonight? Above the clouds! You close your eyes as the sea of lights in Dubai gets smaller and smaller below you. Sweet dreams!

Mauritius. Fantastic beaches, mountain peaks, rainforest and waterfalls - everything on this little piece of earth! Grab your rental car and step on the gas - your adventure begins! First stop: your accommodation! In the middle of nature, you’ll find your glamping tent, where you won’t miss a single sound of nature. But before the sound of the river lulls you to sleep, you explore the area and familiarize yourself with your options. Because it never gets boring here!

Grab a stand-up paddleboard or a kayak and set off on the Grand River South East. Pass beautiful mangroves on your way to a majestic waterfall. You know that feeling when you’ve reached your destination and it’s even more beautiful than you thought? Pause for a moment and enjoy the picture-book panorama. Back at your accommodation, you are drawn to the sea - the salty scent in your nose and the soft sand between your toes as you stroll along the beach. Fancy cooling off? If your toes are tingling again after sunbathing in the afternoon, pedal off and explore the mountain landscape on a mountain bike (available to hire free of charge on site). Jump into your rental car - Mahébourg’s hustle and bustle beckons you on a tour of discovery. Visit the market, which offers all kinds of exotic street food, and soak up the genuine, colorful life of Mauritius. You can already see Lion Mountain from the city’s promenade - do you recognize the lion’s silhouette? If you would like to pay a visit to the king of the animals, lace up your hiking boots and walk over his back right up to his head. Even if the hike costs you a bead or two of sweat - the effort is worth it! Once you reach the top, a unique panorama and a magical moment await you: your gaze wanders over the entire east coast to the turquoise blue sea and glistening white sandy beaches. Wow! At the Central Market, you can get everything your heart desires, from fresh fruit to wild spice blends that will conjure up the taste of Mauritius on your tongue. Be sure to try it: Pineapple with salt and chili! Sounds unusual, but tastes heavenly! Your next stop: the small coastal town of Flic en Flac. Walk along the palm-lined promenades down to the beach and plop down on the first sun lounger you come across. Enjoy the sound of the waves, the warmth of the sun on your cheeks and the feeling of timelessness in your own personal paradise. Even the most beautiful paradise has to say goodbye at some point - but not without a stopover at the impressive Tamarind Falls!

The lake behind it, which according to legend contains healing water, is surrounded by majestic statues of gods - simply impressive! Or is the Black River Gorges National Park on your bucket list? You shouldn’t miss the view from the Gorges Viewpoint in particular! Do you prefer colorful instead of green? Stand at the top of the platform in La Vallee des Couleurs Nature Park and you’ll be overwhelmed: In the middle of dense forest lies a rainbow-colored sand dune - the "Seven Colored Earth".
