      Explore Sigiriya, an extraordinary citadel built on top of an immense rock. It is a fortress complex of a ruined palace and one of the World Heritage sites declared by UNESCO.       Today proceed to Dambulla, where we visit Dambulla Rock Temple -a series of five caves is home to some fascinating rock art and many Buddha statues. From there we travel to Kandy, via Matale Spice Garden, where many of Sri Lanka's world-famous spices are grown. We start our day with a city tour, visit the Temple of the Tooth, the most important shrine in the country, and explore the world-class botanical gardens and the local market. Overnight in Kandy.       Proceed to Pinnawala, an orphanage, nursery and captive breeding ground for wild Asian elephants is located at this village. The orphanage has the largest herd of captive elephants in the world, observe the elephants bathing and feeding which is quite an experience. In the evening, visit the temple of tooth relic followed by Traditional Cultural show and the City tour. Overnight in Kandy. (B/-/D)

      Today proceed to Galle. Galle was once the chief port of Sri Lanka. It is still well known for handmade lace. Visit the World Heritage-listed Galle Fort (spanning 90 acres). Thereafter, proceed to Ahangama for the beach stay. Overnight in Ahangama. (B/-/D)
