Feel far from the crowds for a getaway in downtown Cairo; be seduced by the charm of a Nubian house in Aswan, with unique decoration by its many colors, typically Nubian, from where you can admire the beauty of the banks of the Nile with its ocher dunes.   • Day 1 Day 1: First Step In Cairo

      Day 1: First Step In Cairo

      Upon your arrival at Cairo airport our representative will be waiting for you to assist you through immigration and passport control, and then he will escort you to your hotel and help you with a very smooth check-in.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Giza Pyramids โ€“ Egyptian Museum

      Day 2: Giza Pyramids โ€“ Egyptian Museum

      Discover one of the seven wonders of the world: the pyramids of Giza. Royal tomb of the former king Khufu, you will feel like an explorer. Take the opportunity to discover its desert and to observe from afar the pyramids. After lunch in a local restaurant, you will visit the famous Egyptian Museum in Cairo. At the museum, which has been in the heart of the revolution, you will discover the hidden secrets of ancient Egypt. Then transfer back to your hotel.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Cairo โ€“ The City Of The Dead โ€“ Mokattam Hill

      Day 3: Cairo โ€“ The City Of The Dead โ€“ Mokattam Hill

      Today you will discover the city of the dead, a place out of time in Cairo, an old cemetery where thousands of families live. Observe their way of life that takes place in small houses each with an individual garden. Surprise yourself to find small streets and understand the reality of these population who live in community. Near the impressive Qaitbay Mosque, you can visit various craft workshops that work glass, metal, plaster, wood and jewelry, among others. Then, visit the monastery of Saint Simon located in Mokattam Hill, from where we have a beautiful panorama of Cairo. This place of worship is a real reserved place separating the Copts from Muslims, differently from Coptic shops, which are also frequented by Muslims. At night, transfer to Cairo train station where you will board your night train to Aswan.  

  • Day 4 Day 4: Aswan โ€“ Elephantine Island

      Day 4: Aswan โ€“ Elephantine Island

      Arrival in Aswan in the morning. Central city of Nubia and Africa, Aswan is divided by the Nile. You will find Nubian houses and pretty islands all around the Nile, where you can meet the locals! The Nubians are very hospitable and will welcome you with dignity. Your accommodation is on Elephantine Island, where you can meet people and as well be away from the crowd and noise of the city. Today, take a walk on Elephantine Island, where you will feel like in a village surrounded by animals, children playing outside and fields. This will be an opportunity for you to experience rural Egypt, and to learn more about Nubian culture. Take the opportunity to visit the Animalia Museum, a museum housed in a typical Nubian house, walk in the garden and discover the school of the island as well. 

  • Day 5 Day 5: Luxor

      Day 5: Luxor

      In the morning, transfer to Luxor and check-in in your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the free day to explore the city of Luxor, ancient capital of Egypt. 

  • Day 6 Day 6: Luxor โ€“ Valley Of The Kings โ€“ Hatshepsut

      Day 6: Luxor โ€“ Valley Of The Kings โ€“ Hatshepsut

      Today you will visit the West bank of the Nile at Luxor, where you will enjoy the sight of the two statues of Memnon on the way to the Valley of the Kings. In the Valley of the Kings you will visit three tombs, outstanding tombs carved into the desert rock, those discovered tombs has very rich decorations and were filled with treasures for the pharaohโ€™s afterlife. The trip will continue by a visit to Hatshepsut Temple at El Deir El Bahary. The queen Hatshepsut was the only female pharaoh, and the temple dedicated to her is as exceptional as she was, rising up in a series of terraces from the yellow desert.

      According to your flight schedule, transfer to Luxor airport. Our representative will be waiting for you at the hotel and will accompany you to the airport to assist you to check into your plane wishing you a happy flight.
