      Day 1: Budapest - Holloko - Eger

      After meeting the group in Budapest, weโ€™ll make our way to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hollรณko โ€“ where weโ€™ll enjoy a performance by the Hollรณko Womenโ€™s Choir (while feasting on an authentic Hungarian lunch). Later this afternoon, weโ€™ll move on to beautiful Eger for a welcome dinner. Hereโ€™s to a fantastic trip! Accommodation: Imola Udvarhรกz (or similar)

  • Day 2 Day 2: Eger - Tokaj - Kosice - High Tatras

      Day 2: Eger - Tokaj - Kosice - High Tatras

      Today our road will carry us to Tokaj, where weโ€™ll have the opportunity to taste some of the regionโ€™s world-famous sweet wines. This afternoon, weโ€™ll move on to the city of Koลกice in Slovakia. After a photo stop at Spiลก Castle, weโ€™ll set a course for our hotel in the heart of the magnificent High Tatras region.       Day 3: High Tatras

      After breakfast itโ€™s onwards to the mountain slopes, where weโ€™ll take in some marvellous views on a morning cable car ride. When weโ€™re back on terra firma, weโ€™ll hit the road to a local farm โ€“ where a homemade cheese tasting session and light lunch await us. Then: itโ€™s back to the hotel for an evening of leisure time. Accommodation: Grandhotel Starรฝ Smokovec (or similar)

  • Day 4 Day 4: High Tatras - Wieliscka - Krakow

      Day 4: High Tatras - Wieliscka - Krakow

      First today, weโ€™ll visit Wieliczka Salt Mines. Dating back to the 13th century, these historic mines house enchanting chandelier-lit chambers and chapels, all carved from salt. After emerging back into the daylight, our final stop for the day will be Krakรณw: our home for the next two days. Accommodation: Hotel Amber Design (or similar)

      Day 5: Krakรณw

      Today weโ€™ll give Krakรณw our full attention on a guided city tour โ€“ taking in the likes of Wawel Royal Castle and Cathedral. This evening, weโ€™ll be treated to a pierogi making class, where weโ€™ll learn how to cook classic Polish dumplings. Accommodation: Hotel Amber Design (or similar)

  • Day 6 Day 6: Krakow - Auschwitz - Olomouc

      Day 6: Krakow - Auschwitz - Olomouc

      Weโ€™ll take a guided tour of the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp today โ€“ a sobering reminder of the atrocities committed by the Nazis. After a moving visit, weโ€™ll move on to the Czech city of Olomouc โ€“ where youโ€™ll be free to spend the evening as you please. Accommodation: The Theresian Hotel & Spa (or similar)

      This morning weโ€™ll continue our journey to Brno, the Czech Republicโ€™s second largest city โ€“ where our Tour Leader will show us the sights. And this afternoon? Weโ€™ll move on to charming Trebon โ€“ a town thatโ€™s home to a 17th-century chรขteau complex โ€“ before we round off the day in the picturesque town of Ceskรฝ Krumlov.       Day 8: Cesky Krumlov

      This morning weโ€™ll explore Ceskรฝ Krumlovโ€™s cobbled streets on a walking tour with a local guide โ€“ taking in the vast Castle (and its spectacular interiors) as we go. This evening, weโ€™ll come together for our last hurrah โ€“ a farewell dinner and beer tasting. What better way to toast the end of the tour? Accommodation: Garni Hotel Castle Bridge (or similar)

  • Day 9 Day 9: Cesky Krumlov - Pisek - Tabor -Prague

      Day 9: Cesky Krumlov - Pisek - Tabor -Prague

      The last day of the tour will begin with a visit to Pรญsek, where weโ€™ll see an old stone bridge that dates back to the 13th century. There will be just enough time for one more gourmet experience at the Chocolate and Marzipan Museum in Tรกbor before we move on to captivating Prague โ€“ where weโ€™ll say our goodbyes this afternoon.
