      Independent arrival transfer 

      Upon arrival, reach your hotel on your own. At 3.30 PM, head to the Grand Place in front of the City Hall and join a small group walking tour. This visit will focus on the picturesque historic city center. This walk leads you along the famous Grand Place, the most beautiful square in the world, listed as a world heritage by Unesco. 

      Let us also explore the neighborhoods, the medieval streets where authentic estaminets are nestled, and chocolate shops and waffle stalls โ€ฆ. and do not forget to say hello to Manneken-Pis. During your walk in the heart of Brussels, admire the magnificent Royal Saint-Hubert Galleries, among the oldest in Europe, as well as the Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula with its stained glass windows, the Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament โ€ฆ 

      A little further, you are in the royal area with the Royal Park and Palace (only open to the public during the summer holidays) and the Palace of Coudenberg, the former residence of Charles V. You will also walk along the Musical Instruments Museum, the Magritte museum and the Palace of Fine Arts before reaching the Sablon area.

      Time to leave Brussels and continue your journey to Namur with your train pass. Independent transfer from your hotel to Brussels Central station, where you board the train to Namur you will reach after about one hour. 

      Upon arrival, reach your hotel on your own. 

      In the afternoon, you will meet your private guide at your hotel and visit the old districts of the city as the maze of pedestrian streets, the squares, the churches, the quays of the Sambre river, the architectureโ€ฆ

      Reach the train station on your own and board the train to Dinant. The train journey of only half an hour between Namur and Dinant is impressive. You will enjoy the magnificent landscapes of the Upper Meuse Valley, scattered with fortresses and castles. Once there, walk to the Citadelle de Dinant Hanging onto a rocky outcrop overlooking the town of Dinant, the Citadel was converted into a museum of weapons and history over a century ago. After the visit, the cable car will take you back to the city center, and you will enjoy a cruise on the river Meuse. 

      Time to walk back to the train station and board the train to go back to Namur. Upon arrival, self-transfer to your hotel.

  • Day 5 Luxembourg, The City Promenade

      Independent transfer from your hotel to the station of Namur, where you board the train to Luxembourg Central station, where you will arrive about two hours later. Upon arrival, self-transfer to your hotel. 

      At 2 PM, head to the City Tourist Office, Place Guillaume II, to meet your private guide. You will discover the former fortress cityโ€™s top attractions and hidden gems! This 2-hour walking tour will make you discover, among many others, the prestigious grand ducal Palace, the Corniche, also known as the โ€œmost beautiful balcony in Europe,โ€ and the Bock promontory, the cradle of Luxembourg City.

      After half an hour, the bus reaches Remich, the pearl of the Moselle. This cute town is characterized by a magnificent panorama of vineyards and dense forests surrounding the city like an amphitheater. When arriving, walk to the pier (Quai de la Moselle) to board the panorama boat that will take you up the Moselle through attractive wine-producing villages, such as Remich, Bech-Kleinmacher, and Schwebsingen. The hour-long boat trip will take you past many beautiful sights, including the oldest castles in the Moselle region, wineries, the โ€œHaff Remichโ€ nature reserve, and much more. 

      Also, part of your trip today is the Moselle, is the visit of the winery. The prestigious Caves St Martin winery outside Remich, Route de Stadtbredimus. During the guided tour, you will walk to the heart of the underground tunnels โ€“ nearly a kilometer long โ€“ that have been carved into the solid limestone rock. During this fascinating tour, you will learn everything about Luxembourgโ€™s wine culture and enjoy wine tasting. Afterward, you can relax on the terrace overlooking the Moselle before going back to Luxembourg by bus
