Youโ€™ll also visit the burial place of Josip Broz Tito, Belgrade Fortress, Kalemegdan Park and the Church of Saint Sava, one of the largest in the world

      Farewell Belgrade and head to Zlatibor, a mountainous region that is considered one of the most beautiful areas of Serbia due to its pristine nature and clean crisp air. On the way, stop in a winery that has been family-owned for generations.

      Embark on a ride aboard the ล argan Eight Railroad, a heritage narrow-gauge railway. Learn about this engineering accomplishment, originally built by Austro-Hungarian forces during World War I. Continue to the traditional village of Drvengrad for lunch, where filmmaker Emir Kusturica made his film, Life is a Miracle. Afterwards, spend the afternoon in Tara National Park. Here, you will see some of Serbiaโ€™s most stunning scenery. Forested slopes, breathtaking ravines, crystal-clear waters and the dramatic Drina River canyon, the third largest of its kind in the world.

      Departing Ohrid, head towards the town of Bitolj for lunch, before leaving North Macedonia and entering Greece. Arrive in Thessaloniki.

      Enjoy a tour of Thessaloniki, including the Museum of Byzantine Culture. Here, wander the 11 rooms that depict life in Byzantium and gain insight into ancient architecture and art. Itโ€™s then time to sample Tsipouro โ€“ the local Greek brandy during lunch. Afterwards, arrive in Kalambaka for the evening.

      Visit the Acropolis of Athens, an ancient citadel situated high above the city. Here, see the incredible Parthenon, Propylaia, Erechtheion and the Temple of Athena Nike. Continue to the New Acropolis Museum and view its magnificent galleries, including the Gallery of the Slopes, which houses finds from the ancient sanctuaries that were founded on the slopes of the Acropolis. Later, transfer to your small ship and after capturing a majestic sunset, commence cruising in the early evening, where youโ€™ll transit through the Corinth Canal, only accessible by small ship. Later this evening, enjoy your first dinner on board your luxurious vessel.

      Cruise to Katakolon, where you will visit the site of Ancient Olympia, one of the venues used for the original Olympics. Once upon a time, it was a small regional festival in the 11th century, which was dedicated to the God Zeus. At the main site, you will see the main temple devoted to the god, featuring a statue made out of ivory and gold. A local expert guide will also show you around the gymnasium where the athletes trained, as well as the main stadium where the games were held. Afterwards, you will enjoy a visit to a farm for lunch and a wine tasting straight from the oak barrels produced on the estate. You will be able to wander the property and see the animals.

      Disembark your ship and travel to the picturesque village of Gastouri, where you will visit the Achilleion Palace. Here, admire intricate statues of the nine Greek muses. Youโ€™ll also have time to explore the palace rooms and take in exceptional views of the Ionian Sea. Afterwards we have prepared a special lunch for you.

      Spend a full day immersed in the ancient and modern history of Maltaโ€™s Valletta. Disembark your ship for a city tour. After lunch back on your ship, head out on an Anzac history tour, finding traces of World War I scattered over the island. In 1915, 57,950 servicemen from the Gallipoli expeditionary forces were evacuated to Malta, which earned the nickname the โ€˜Nurse of the Mediterraneanโ€™. Tonight, step off the ship into the heart of town to absorb Vallettaโ€™s charm.

During a walking exploration, your guide will show you through the medieval quarters, the Spanish courtyards and the Arab-style street markets, where history, tradition and street food are mixed with voices of the locals. Continue through Cassaro and venture through narrow streets and ancient buildings to reach Norman Cathedral. Later, visit Palatine Chapel, dedicated to Saint Peter the Apostle and famous throughout the world for its Byzantine mosaics. Afterwards, enjoy some free time to further explore.
