YYou will arrive at Bangkok International Airport (BKK) and be greeted by your guide, who will transfer you to your hotel in Bangkok. Upon exiting the airport, a representative will be waiting for you with a sign bearing your name.

If you arrive outside of the included transfer window (6:00 AM to 12:00 AM), you will need to add a night supplement as an extra or arrange your own transfer. For easier identification, the guide will be waiting in front of Gate 6 in the arrivals hall (same floor, Level 2).

Thailand’s capital, Bangkok, is famous for its impressive and beautifully decorated temples, as well as the lively activity of its streets.

Accommodation: In Bangkok, FURAMA XCLUSIVE SATHORN or similar, in a private double or triple room.

Note: Rooms are typically available starting at 3:00 PM on the first day. If you arrive at Don Mueang Airport (DMK – domestic), the transfer is included. You can also book extra nights through the “extras” section (transfer not included).

We suggest booking a flight that departs at least one day before the start date of your adventure, as the average flight duration from Mexico City to Bangkok is approximately 24 hours.

Important: If you booked extra nights on your own, you will need to arrange an extra private transfer (hotel to hotel) and provide your guide with your full accommodation details (name and address) so services can be coordinated accordingly. (Transfer not included for independently booked nights).

Note: Itinerary times are approximate and subject to change.

    • 8:00 am - 11:30 am

      Bangkok - City tour

After breakfast, you’ll board the bus for a city tour along Bangkok’s main avenues, making your first stop in the lively Chinatown district. Here, you'll visit Wat Traimit, also known as the Temple of the Golden Buddha, which houses a 5-ton solid gold Buddha statue. This statue holds great historical significance, as it remained hidden for centuries under a layer of plaster to prevent its destruction during wartime.

The next stop is Wat Pho, or the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, home to one of the largest reclining Buddhas in the world, measuring 46 meters in length. On the soles of its feet, you’ll see an incredible engraving of 108 symbols representing positive actions in Buddhism.

After returning to the hotel, you’ll visit the state-owned gemstone factory.

      Optional: Grand Palace Visit

Explore the Grand Palace, one of the most iconic landmarks in Bangkok and the former official residence of the Thai monarchs from the 18th century until the mid-20th century. This majestic complex is renowned for its exquisite architecture, blending traditional Thai style with Renaissance influences.

The tour also includes a visit to Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, considered the most sacred temple in all of Thailand.

Note: For the Grand Palace visit, appropriate attire is required — long pants to the ankles and a shirt or t-shirt with sleeves down to the elbow (no tank tops or low-cut tops).

As an optional activity, you can book the Floating Market + Train Market Tour, where you'll head to Mae Klong to visit the fascinating train market set up directly on the railway tracks. You may even get the chance to see the train pass through the market (train schedule is irregular, so sightings are not guaranteed).

Afterward, you'll visit the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, considered the most important in the country. You’ll enjoy a motorboat ride through the canal area until you reach the market itself, where you'll have free time to walk around, explore local products, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

After the market visit, you'll return to Bangkok and have the rest of the afternoon free to enjoy at your leisure.

Note: Spanish-speaking guide. Note: Additional or alternative activities (at extra cost) are available under the “extras” section. The Floating Market + Train Market Tour is one of the available options. More details can be found in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

After breakfast, we’ll depart from the hotel and begin our journey to Chiang Rai. Our first stop will be at Wat Rong Khun, also known as the White Temple. Unlike any other temple in Thailand, its surreal sculptures and immaculate white color — symbolizing the purity of Buddha — never fail to impress. Although still under construction, it has become one of the country’s most iconic tourist attractions.

Our next visit will be to an incredible tea plantation, where we’ll have the opportunity to taste different varieties and enjoy lunch in a truly unique setting. After lunch, we’ll head to the stunning Wat Huay Pla Kang, home to the largest Buddha statue in Northern Thailand.

We’ll then visit the picturesque Blue Temple (Wat Rong Suea Ten) before beginning our return trip to Chiang Mai.

Chiang Mai - KANTA ELEPHANT SANCTUARY

After having breakfast, you’ll head toward the Kanta Elephant Sanctuary, traveling through hills, forests, and local farmland. Upon arrival, you’ll change into traditional clothing to begin the experience.

You’ll prepare fruit for the elephants and finally meet them! Feed them, give them water, and enjoy playing with them.

After the visit, you’ll refresh with fruit and cool drinks. At the agreed time, you’ll change back into your clothes and return to Chiang Mai. Transfer to the hotel and free time for the rest of the afternoon.

Note: Visits to the sanctuary are based on spending quality time observing and accompanying the herd.
