      Upon arrival to the Bangkok International Airport (BKK), you are met and transfered to your hotel in Bangkok by a tour representative. He/she will be waiting for you outside the airport holding a sign with your name. The pick up is included from 8 am- 8 pm. Otherwise, you take a taxi (not included) to the hotel confirmed by the guide.

      Thailand's capital, Bangkok, is famous for its impressive and numerous sanctuaries, all beautifully decorated, as well as for the lively activity of its streets.

      Note: Check in is at 3 pm. If you arrive at the Don Mueang DMK airport, you must add the transportation on 'extras'. If you arrive a night before the experience begins, you can add nights on 'extras'. We suggest booking a flight that departs at least one day before the experience begins.

      Accommodation: In Bangkok, The Quarter Silom 4* - Furama 4*l or similar. Double or triple private room.

      You have breakfast and leave the hotel on a bus, visiting the most important parts of the city. You get to Chinatown, where you visit Wat Traimit Temple, known as the Golden Buda Temple, which has a Buda of 5 tons of pure gold, that was once covered in plaster so it would be hidden and protected during the war. Next, you visit the Wat Pho Temple or Leaning Buda Temple, one of the biggest leaning Budas in the world, with a length of 46 meters. On the feet of the Buda you can see the spectacular 108 images engraved. On the way back to the hotel you stop and visit the precious stone factory. The rest of the day is free to wander around the area.

      You leave the city by car in the morning and visit the province of Kanchanaburi, known for the famous bridge over the Kwai River and for being scenery to many events happening during the Second World War. You visit the war cemetery, where the remainings of the prisoners are, those who were working while the bridge was in construction. You also stop at the War Museum. You cruise through the Kwai River and have free time to cross the bridge by foot and wander around. From here you visit the railroad tracks known as the โ€œhellfire passโ€, since it was build by the prisoners of the โ€˜alliesโ€™ during the War, between 1942 and 1943.

      You have breakfast and go on the trip to Ayutthaya, archeological center of the country and former capital of the Siam Reign. You visit the main temples of the site, declared World Heritage by the Unesco; these are the Wat Mahathat, Wat Phra Sri Sanphet and Wat Yai Choi Mongkol. Ayutthaya is a remaining site that shows the cultural heritage of this country.

      Early in the morning, and only if you wish, you go outside the hotel premises and do a ritual offering to the monks, this allows you to live one of the most emblematic aspects of the culture in Thailand.

      You have breakfast and this day you leave the hotel at 7 am to visit the new and striking Wat Rong Suea Ten or Blue Temple, in it you can find paintings with a style similar to that of the famous White Temple because it was there where its architect was trained for years .

      The modern Blue Temple opened its doors in 2016 and, despite the fact that the blue color predominates on the outside with some yellow details, the Buddha figures and images inside are white.

      We will visit the village of the Akha, an ethnic group known for its colorful costumes and the picturesque surrounding tea plantations.

      As of April 1, 2023 after visiting the Blue Temple, this activity will take place:

      Continuing our direction to the north we will make a stop on the way to visit the Union of northern tribes, in which different ethnic groups of the region inhabit such as the Akha, Lahu, Kayaw or the well-known Karen Giraffe Women. Where we can see their houses, their cultivated fields and even their nursery school. This place seeks to preserve its culture and traditions.

      Then visit Chiang Saen, where the famous "Golden Triangle" of the Mekong River is located, which includes areas of Thailand, Laos and Burma formerly dedicated to the opium trade, making a stop at the "Opium Museum".

      Today you have breakfast and visit the White Temple on the outskirts of Chiang Rai. White represents purity and wisdom in the Buddhist culture.

      Later, you visit the famous spot that separates Chiang Mai from Chiang Rai. This journey lasts for 3 hours and is full of unforgettable landscapes.

      In Chiang Mai, you visit the popular street where the handcrafts and most of the traditional ornaments are made, such as the handmade umbrellas and precious stone jewellery.

      Have breakfast at the hotel and head straight to the Eco Valley Elephant Sanctuary (or similar), where you have the opportunity to spend a sensational morning in a natural environment and where you learn a little more about the life of elephants through its museum (the only one in the country dedicated exclusively to elephant culture), the preparation of their food with a variety of fruits, vegetables and sugar cane and discover one of the most interesting projects of the center, the production of recycled paper made from elephant dung.

      During the visit, we will be able to walk with the elephants through the majestic gardens of the center and, upon reaching the waterfall, we will witness how the elephants enjoy playing with the water and we will even be able to accompany them in a refreshing bath. Once we have said goodbye to our new friends, we will visit the enclave where multiple tribes of different ethnic groups in the country live, among which the striking Giraffe Women (Long Neck) stand out.
