The weather during the experience can be cold during early spring and especially at the higher elevations. From May to August the temperature can reach up to 35°C.

The experience begins in San Francisco, and you will be picked up on the first day at a center San Francisco Hotel at 8:15 hrs.

It is always important to have travel insurance. Any situation first is to warn your guide, depending on the case the necessary assistance will be given and even if it is required to finish the experience.

The currency used is the United States is the Dollar  ($, USD). We recommend that you change into your local currency before arriving in the country or at the airport. Some commercial establishments accept international credit and debit cards. Smaller towns may not have ATMs, so it is recommended that you carry some cash on hand.

Mammoth Lakes: Mammoth Mountain Inn (03 stars) or similar – shared double room. Lake Tahoe:  Hotel Becket (03 stars) or similar - shared double room. NOTE: The hotels are subject to change without previous notice at your arrival to the destination, you can ask for more information or confirmation through the Chat directly to your guide 1 week before your arrival.

There is no minimum age for this adventure. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult. Consult your guide for more information, especially if a car seat for the infant is needed.

You can take with you a medium sized suitcase that does not weigh more than 15 kg, and a small bag or backpack.

This will depend on your nationality; some nationalities do require a visa to enter the United States. It is also important that the passport has at least six months validity from the return of the trip. For travelers holding a Mexican passport, a visa IS required to enter the United States. For travelers with Colombian passports, it IS necessary to have a visa to enter the United States. No, this experience does not include international and/or local flights. But an approximate rate, departing from Mexico is between $6,667.50 MXN and departing from Bogota is $450 USD. NOTE: The rates presented above are merely indicative, the price may vary according to the time.
