One of the worldโs remarkable wildlife encounter is tracking the rare mountain gorillas in the remote forests of south western Uganda.
This safari will expose you to the rare and the EastAfrican endemic species, the mountain gorillas which can only be best and favorably sighted in only Uganda in the whole world. Most tourist take the sighting of these endangered species an adventure of a lifetime and a memorable experience in Ugandaโs thick impenetrable forest of Bwindi. Tracked through the fresh and cool forest with sweet songs of birds calling from the canopies is breathtaking!
Africaโs richest forest with an impressive list of species has 350 birds,310 butterflies,200 trees,51 reptiles,88 moths and 120 mammals including several primates.
Outside the forest, community walks provide an insight into the lives of the Bakiga and Batwa(pygmy) peoples living beside the forest.
In Queen Elizabeth national park, you will head to the mating ground of the Uganda kobs, get eye to eye with lions, elephants, buffaloes and other wild animals in their natural habitat.
