Mis recomendaciones para mejorar, serรญan: 1) Mejorar la comunicaciรณn previa al viaje ya que hay cosas que si uno como cliente no pregunta, no se le informan. 2) Especificar mรกs el tema de tasas de alojamiento, indicando un aproximado. 3) Mejorar comunicaciรณn para explicar cรณmo funcionan los trenes en Italia y recomendaciones.
