      Arrival in Luang Prabang and transfer to the hotel (check-in at the hotel from 14:00). The first day is free for a relaxed arrival or for your first own explorations in the old royal city.

      City tour with visit to Wat Visoun, the oldest still actively used temple in Luang Prabang, with a collection of gilded wooden Buddha statues from the 15th and 16th centuries. Continue to Wat Xien Thong, arguably the most beautiful monastery in Luang Prabang as well as the National Museum (Royal Palace), a royal oak residence preserved as the royal family last resided here (closed on Tuesdays). Afterwards, you will still see Wat Mai.From Luang Prabang, you will later head to Kuang Si Waterfalls, whose sinter terraces make a perfect natural backdrop. Enjoy swimming in the clear water or just resting. Afterwards, head to the "Khmu" village of Ban Tha Pene before returning to Luang Prabang. In the evening you will visit the Talat Night Market (Hmong Market).

      In the morning visit to the local market, which is very lively in the early hours of the morning. Subsequently, boat trip down the Mekong river to the steep limestone rocks that rise above the Mekong and over the Nam Ou River. Their goal is the Pak Ou caves, which are uniquely stocked with Buddha images of any kind.
      On the onward journey, stop in Ban Xang Hai village, which is known for its Lao Lao (rice whiskey). Then visit Ban Muang Keo with his silk weaving mill and rice brandy distillery, as well as the weaving village of Ban Xang Khong. Here you can follow the production of traditional hand-woven cotton and silk as well as the production of mulberry paper.
      Back in Luang Prabang, climb the 100m high Phou Si temple mountain in the middle of the city and visit the small temple complex on its top. From up here, you can enjoy wonderful views over the city and the river.

      Experience the vibrant metropolis of Hanoi today, which impresses with magnificent colonial buildings and pagodas. In the morning you will visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum as well as the former residence of the legendary politician, where he lived from 1958 - 1969. Afterwards you will visit the most important literary temple of Vietnam as well as the legendary Chua Mot Cot, also called the "One Pillar Pagoda". You will take a drive around the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake and visit the so-called "Jade Mountain Temple", the Ngoc Son Temple. Then take a one-hour rickshaw ride through Hanoiโ€™s Old Quarter, one of the most beautiful in Asia. A performance of the Water Puppet Theater will round out this day. Overnight stay in Hanoi.

      In the morning, you can continue your journey through the stunning islands of Ha Long Bay and enjoy breakfast on board. You will continue your cruise through the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ha Long Bay until noon. After lunch, head off board and back to Hanoi. From there, fly to Hue in Central Vietnam. Your tour guide will welcome you at the airport and a transfer will take you to your hotel in Hue.

      Todayโ€™s route runs over the famous Cloud Pass, the weather sheath between North and South Vietnam. In clear weather, you have a fantastic view over the coast of Vietnam to Da Nang. On this day, you can still see the miles long beach of Lang Co and the marble mountains in Da Nang.

      In the morning, you can visit the Japanese Bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda, the Chinese Quarter and a Lantern Workshop. Then start a bike ride with your guide to the village of traQue. There is a short walk through the farmโ€™s vegetable garden: watch the farmers do their field work. Then relax with a short foot bath and foot massage before preparing lunch. In the afternoon, youโ€™ll get to know the vegetable harvest, then say goodbye to your hosts and head back to the hotel.

      Then you will take a flight from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City - largest city and economic center of Vietnam. Our transfer guide will take you to the hotel. Use the afternoon for your own exploration or enjoy a stroll along the Dong Khoi shopping street.

      - Cooking class with boat tour in Hoi An In the morning, meet the chef of Red Bridge Restaurant for a personally guided shopping tour of the market. Here you will experience Hoi An up close and get a glimpse into the bustling life, foreign sounds and scents of the city and its markets. You will trade with the merchants and buy fresh ingredients for your lunch. After shopping, a boat will take you to the Red Bridge Cooking School on the Hoi An River. There you will learn and learn a lot about Vietnamese herbs, spices, ingredients as well as the art of decorating. The chef will show you how to prepare some of the most delicious Vietnamese dishes. Afterwards, under his guidance, you may get "creative" yourself and conjure up Vietnamese and Hoi An specialties for yourself on the table. The Mekong Delta is the southernmost region of Vietnam and is also called the "Breadbasket", as rice for the whole country is grown here. You will drive to Ben Tre to start your boat trip on the Mekong River. You will stop at a small farm to taste delicious local fruits and tea. You will take a rickshaw to the restaurant where you will have lunch. Continue by small boats on the narrow waterways back to Ben Tre and transfer to Ho Chi Minh City.

      Angkor Wat is the largest religious building on earth. The enormous temple complex, in the middle of the tropical jungle, was the center of Khmer high culture from the 9th to 15th centuries. In its heyday, 1 million people lived there, more than in any city in Europe at that time. You will visit the south gate of Angkor Thom with the famous Bayon complex, the elephant terrace, the leprosy kingโ€™s terrace, and the Baphoun Temple. In the
      afternoon, explore the โ€œwonder of the worldโ€ Angkor Wat, which was created in 40 years of work by countless builders and sculptors on behalf of the most important Khmer king Siriyavaram. The day is rounded off by a visit to Pre Rup Temple, which offers a unique and atmospheric sunset over Angkor. Return to the hotel with a stop for foot massage.
