Itinerary

During this 10 Day Intensive we will dive deep into the depths of yog asana , philosophy with focus on patanjali sutras and chanting.

Topics Covered :
Introduction to basic concepts Vedanta philosophy, Hatha Yog philosophy and Astanga Yog, including an overview of the Patanjali Yog Sutras as well as in-depth study of the first five sutras.
Concentration techniques , focusing on breath, sound forms and Sanskrit mantras.
Asana classes, based on each one's personal level and practice, with special focus on alignment.

The Course Schedule will be as follows:
6:45 - 8:15am :Dharna & Japa
8:30 - 10:00am : Asana Practice
10:00 - 10:30am : Breakfast
10:30am - 12pm : Yog Philosophy
12:30pm : Lunch Break
1:00 - 4:00pm : Rest
4:30 - 5:30pm : Asana Practice
