About experience
Day 1
Arrive at Cairo airport. Your representative will greet and assist you with passport formalities, luggage identification and portage. Transport to your hotel and stay overnight in Cairo
Day 2: (B, L)
Visit Sakkara, where the famous Step pyramid of Djoser is located. Visit the great Pyramids Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus. Next is a close-up look at The Great Sphinx of Giza. Stay overnight in Cairo
Day 3: (B, L, D)
Have breakfast followed by a flight to Luxor where you can relax on a Nile Cruise. After lunch visit Karnak and Luxor Temples, delight in a belly dance show and enjoy dinner. Stay overnight in Luxor
Day 4: (B, L, D)
Visit the West Bank where the Valley of Kings and Queens, Hatshepsut, is located. Sail to Esna, eat lunch and relax with afternoon tea before attending the Captain's Welcome Cocktail Party and dinner. Stay overnight on board the ship
Day 5: (B, L, D)
Breakfast, then visit Edfu Temple by horse-drawn carriage. Eat lunch and sail to Kom Ombo, relax with afternoon tea, enjoy dinner and a Galabya party. Stay overnight on the ship
Day 6: (B, L, D)
Breakfast, visit the Temple of Kom Ombo and sail to Aswan. After lunch visit Aswan High Dam, the Granite Quarries and the Temple of Philae. Take a felucca ride around Elephantine Island and the Botanical Garden. After afternoon tea and dinner view a Nubian Folkloric Show. Stay overnight on the ship
Day 7: (B)
After breakfast disembark the ship, take an optional tour to Abu Simbel and fly to Cairo, where you will stay overnight
Day 8: (B, L)
Have breakfast before a 3-hour drive to Alexandria. Visit the Royal Library of Alexandria, the catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa, Pompey's Pillar and Montaza Palace. Enjoy seafood lunch and remain in Alexandria overnight
Day 9: (B, L)
After breakfast you will be transported to Al Alamein World War II remains and cemeteries and also visit the Military Museum. Continue to the West of Al Alamein, a beautiful town overlooking the Mediterranean sea to visit the World War II cemeteries where the Citadel is designed in the form of cemeteries. This is the final resting place for Commonwealth, Greek, Italian and German soldiers. Enjoy lunch and remain overnight in Alexandria
Day 10: (B)
Have breakfast and then drive from Alexandria to Cairo. Remain in Cairo overnight
Day 11: (B, L)
Have breakfast. Tour the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, visit the Hanging Church, the Khan el-Khalili bazaar and walk through Sharia Al Mu'izz Li-Din Allah street with your guide. Enjoy lunch and remain overnight in Cairo
Day 12: (B)
Tour concludes after breakfast with transport to the Cairo airport
