  • Day 1 FROM OSLO TO THE MOUNTAINS
    • 10:00 am - 8:32 pm

      FROM OSLO TO THE MOUNTAINS

We meet outside Oslo Opera house at 10 a.m.; the guide will pick you up there. Look for our logo on a minibus. Together you go for a four-hour drive towards the mountains. As you drive, the settlements get smaller, and you will get a glimpse of Norway`s many rural areas. On the way we will stop by Heddal Stave Church, and have a look at the charming old building, this is one of Norway's largest stave churches. Our lunch stop for the day is a mountain cabin located around 1000 meters above sea level called Haukeliseter. We do a short hike to make sure all the equipment is ready for the next day. Then we drive towards Odda and Trolltunga Hotel, and we have a traditional three-course dinner. Accommodation: Hotel, double room. Meals: Dinner.

  • Day 2 TROLLTUNGA
    • 7:00 am - 8:00 pm

      TROLLTUNGA

People come from all over the world to experience Trolltunga, and today itโ€™s our turn! Trolltunga is a spectacular mountain formation situated 1,100 meters above sea level, and 700 meters above the lake of Ringedal. Trolltunga is a long hike (10-12 hours), the longest hike of the trip, so we start off early in the morning, and will have dinner quite late. We will have time to relax at the top, enjoy the view, and take memorable photos on the plateau. In a case of bad weather, we have the opportunity to swap day 2 and 3 and get the best weather possible on Trolltunga. Accommodation: Hotel, double room. Meals: B, L and D. Hike Distance: 28 km (10 hours).
