• Visit ancient 14th century wine cellar in Montepulciano, Tuscany and Dinner & Wine Tasting in cellar with the owners.

• Visit the dying city of Civita di Bagnoregio.
• Visit small, family run Olive Oil Mill & Winery. Tour Olive Mill & Winery. Lunch with owners including wine tasting & olive oil tasting.
• Limoncello, Biscotti & Gelato Class at villa in Soriano.
• Ricotta Cheese-making at villa in Soriano
• Dinner Party at villa in Soriano

• Visit Orvieto and the Cathedral + Lunch in Orvieto
• Pizza-Making class in Soriano in the ancient wood-fired oven.
